Riccardo non si ferma mai, sempre attento, gentile, ma decisamente diretto e sincero, in breve: se non è un prodotto che a lui piace, non lo vende.
Ho acquistato da lui un PC da gaming di fascia alta, più che soddisfatto direi scioccato, assemblato e testato in tempi brevi, con aggiornamenti in chat sempre disponibili con foto annesse. Prezzo più che competitivo ( da chiedersi se ci guadagni qualcosa).
Ho assistito a più interazioni con la clientela e posso garantire che è una persona competente e veloce, dall'assistenza smartphone a quella PC.
A gestire la clientela di fatto trovate la compagna, Valentina, persona squisita, molto preparata, dai modi cortesi e disponibile per qualunque dubbio.
Non ci sono note negative da segnalare, dall'accoglienza al prezzo, è un'esperienza più che un semplice acquisto.
Un nuovo cliente per una valida attività, che vede in effetti un'unica macchia: è sprecata per la zona in cui opera.
