A	Angelo Bellia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei voluto mettere 5 stelle perché mi sono sempre trovato bene, sia per quanto riguarda il pane che per quanto riguarda la gastronomia però questa settimana sono venuto diverse volte e ho ricevuto lo stesso trattamento di sufficienza da una delle commesse, magrolina e con i capelli neri. Da lei non ho mai ricevuto un sorriso, ogni volta che mette il pane nel sacchetto sembra lanciarlo e al momento di pagare chiude la cassa con rabbia. Io penso che se questa ragazza abbia dei problemi debba lasciarli fuori dal posto di lavoro perché i clienti non si trattano così. E poi entrare e sentirsi dire "che vuole?" con aria annoiata e senza nemmeno un saluto non è il massimo dell'educazione. Niente da dire per le altre commesse, significa che appena vedrò quella dai capelli neri non entrerò più. Qualità dei prodotti eccellente, prezzi un po' più alti della media che c'è qui a Belpasso ma la qualità si paga ed io voglio mangiar bene, non spazzatura e poi le porzioni sono davvero abbondanti. I would have liked to put 5 stars because I have always felt good, both as regards the bread and the gastronomy, however this week I have come several times and received the same enough treatment from one of the orders, skinny and with black hair . I have never received a smile from her, every time she puts the bread in the bag she seems to throw it and at the moment of paying she closes the case angrily. I think that if this girl has problems, she should leave them out of the workplace because customers don't treat themselves like this. And then come in and be told "what do you want?" with a bored air and without even a greeting it is not the best of education. Nothing to say for the other orders, it means that as soon as I see the black-haired one I will not enter anymore. Excellent product quality, slightly higher than average prices here in Belpasso but you pay for the quality and I want to eat well, not junk and then the portions are really abundant.
P	Piero Scalisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cibo a dir poco pessimo, sono venuto più volte per provare la gastronomia, un giorno le cotolette erano crude e molto spesse, un altro giorno ho preso i tortellini al ragù e la salsa quasi non era presente, la parmigiana puzzava e si vedeva che non era fresca, stessa cosa le lasagne. Ho dato varie possibilità credendo che fosse solo un caso isolato ma evidentemente è sempre così, super sconsigliato, andate altrove. Food to say the least bad, I came several times to try the gastronomy, one day the cutlets were raw and very thick, another day I took the tortellini with meat sauce and the sauce was almost not present, the parmigiana stank and it was seen that not it was fresh, same was the lasagna. I gave various possibilities believing that it was only an isolated case but obviously it is always like this, super discouraged, go elsewhere.
