Giustificano il mancato cambio con delle scuse assurde. Sono arrivati due ragazzi calabresi estremamente gentili ed educati che hanno fatto il lavoro così bene e così rapidamente da meritare i complimenti! Raramente ho trovato operai così riverenti ed in gamba, dieci e lode davvero!! Replacing the gas meter, received the notice I was at home waiting for them from 8 to 12 as requested. Io mi sono recata all'abitazione spendendo soldi di benzina e casello autostradale. Ho atteso i tecnici dalle ore 8,00 alle 13,00 come indicato da lettera Italgas Reti. Ho il nome e cognome sul portoncino, ho il campanello e l'incaricato aveva anche in mio numero di cellulare per potermi contattare. NON SI È PRESENTATO, nessuno lo ha visto. Questo incaricato della ditta ROCCO GUERRISI COSTRUZIONI ha avuto l'arroganza di segnalare nel verbale "cliente sconosciuto". Nessuno ha preso provvedimenti, ne tantomeno ha cercato di scusarsi con me (il cliente)! Vergognoso. v	valeria simionato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonato per chiarire che il contatore del gas da sostituire si trova ad indirizzo diverso rispetto all'abitazione (dietro l'angolo) e mi viene detto che non è possibile, ma va bene, quindi siccome questa è la 3° volta che tentano di cambiare questo contatore (senza mai presentarsi), son un po' arrabbiata e cosa mi sento dire dal "cordiale personale" "lei è troppo arrogante" e mi chiude la chiamata. Italgas non può scegliere meglio i collaboratori o ancor meglio persone attendibili e che si presentano all'orario dell'appuntamento???? Siete uno disservizio, non un servizio alla clientela!!!
