V	Valera Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito, purtroppo però, dopo aver speso una somma considerevole per regali ai nipoti, ho trovato alla cassa la spiacevole sorpresa che non c'era alcuna possibilità di uscire con i regali confezionati (carta regalo, buste, niente) e personalmente è un servizio importante. Ormai avevo scelto tutto, ma non credo che ci sarei andata, sapendo di dover dopo andre a cercare tutto l'occorrente e fare tutti i pacchi. Very well stocked shop, unfortunately, after spending a considerable sum on gifts to grandchildren, I found at the checkout the unpleasant surprise that there was no possibility of going out with wrapped gifts (gift card, envelopes, nothing) and personally it is a important service. By now I had chosen everything, but I don't think I would have gone there, knowing that afterwards I had to go and look for everything I need and pack all the packages.

Nonostante fossi tornato nel primo pomeriggio nel negozio con i due giochi identici (ed i relativi scontrini emessi a distanza di pochi minuti l'uno dall'altro) ed avessi chiesto la possibilità di cambiarlo, mi è stato detto da quella che mi è stata indicata come la direttrice del negozio che nella giornata odierna (ho atteso che in cassa non ci fosse nessuno) non era possibile cambiarlo e di tornare eventualmente lunedi. Ho altresi richiesto la possibilità di riavere i soldi per uno dei due giochi (riconsegnandolo) o un buono per non dover forzatamente tornare ma mi è stato detto che i resi seguono la stessa logica dei cambi (da lunedi) e che non ravvisavano l'esigenza del buono (vista la presenza dello scontrino a garanzia). Preciso che eravamo (a questo punto uso il passato) clienti usuali del negozio. Esperienza pertanto negativa vista la totale assenza di elasticità da parte dell'esercente su un regalo destinato ad un bambino da consegnare nel corso della stessa giornata (compleanno). Purchased after 10 minutes the same toy (obviously without knowing it) from me and my mother-in-law this morning. Although I returned in the early afternoon to the shop with the two identical games (and the relative receipts issued within a few minutes of each other) and asked for the possibility to change it, I was told by the one that was indicated to me like the manager of the store that today (I waited until there was no one in the cashier) it was not possible to change it and eventually return on Monday. I also asked for the possibility of getting the money back for one of the two games (returning it) or a voucher so as not to forcibly return but I was told that returns follow the same logic as exchanges (from Monday) and that they did not recognize the need of the voucher (given the presence of the guarantee receipt). I specify that we were (at this point I use the past) regular customers of the shop. Therefore a negative experience given the total lack of flexibility on the part of the merchant on a gift intended for a child to be delivered during the same day (birthday).

Ci torno volentieri ogni volta che mi serve un pensiero o un gioco per la mia bambina. Huge assortment of games and toys. The shop is very nice, always neat and clean. I gladly go back every time I need a thought or a game for my little girl.
