Totale assenza di professionalità. Mi è stato dato un appuntamento e NESSUNO SI E' PRESENTATO, la signorina non mi ha lasciato un recapito se non il fisso dell'agenzia, non mi è stato inviato il whatsapp che aveva detto che mi avrebbe inviato. Alle 14.00 ero davanti al luogo dell'appuntamento (peraltro sotto la pioggia), ho atteso 40 minuti, ho chiamato l'agenzia (che però in quegli orari è in pausa e perciò non ho avuto risposta), non si sono neanche degnati di avvisarmi che non sarebbero venuti all'appuntamento; neanche un misero messaggino. Ho scritto poi un messaggio all'agenza tramite immobiliare.it chiedendo cosa avrei dovuto fare, il giorno dopo ancora non mi hanno risposto. Neanche una scusa, che probabilmente faranno qui soltanto perché sto dicendo pubblicamente come si sono comportati, ma ormai è tardi. Una vergogna.
Se vendete casa, non la affidate a loro perché trattano i clienti come animali, se siete clienti, beh, vi basterà la mia esperienza.
Mai mai mai successo con un'altra agenzia. PESSIMI!
INCONCEIVABLE:
Total absence of professionalism. I was given an appointment and NOBODY showed up, the young lady did not leave me an address other than the fixed one of the agency, the whatsapp she had said she would send me was not sent. At 2.00 pm I was in front of the meeting place (also in the rain), I waited 40 minutes, I called the agency (which, however, is on break at those times and therefore I have not received an answer), they did not even deign to notify me that they would not come to the appointment; not even a poor little message. Then I wrote a message to the agency through immobiliare.it asking what I should do, the next day they still haven't answered me. Not even an apology, which they probably will do here just because I'm publicly saying how they behaved, but it's too late now. A shame.
If you sell a house, don't entrust it to them because they treat customers like animals, if you are a customer, well, my experience will suffice.
Never ever ever happened with another agency. BAD!
