Purtroppo sono rimasto deluso....i porcini sono sicuramente teneri e carnosi ma, non so per quale motivo (il tipo di lavorazione o cottura? La qualità dell'olio?) , non hanno alcun sapore di porcino e nemmeno di fungo generico. Considerando il prezzo elevato ritengo
che l'acquisto sia ancora più deludente. Peccato ma questa esperienza mi allontana dal valutare prossimi acquisti di vostri prodotti.
I purchased your product, porcini mushrooms in oil. Unfortunately I was disappointed .... the porcini mushrooms are certainly tender and meaty but, I don't know why (the type of processing or cooking? The quality of the oil?), They have no taste of porcini nor of generic mushroom. Considering the high price I
that the purchase is even more disappointing. Too bad but this experience away from me evaluate future purchases of your products.
