Al telefono dicono di scrivere via mail e poi alle mail non risponde mai nessuno!! l'ultimo ricambio, con una delle due macchine ferme, lo chiediamo da 7 mesi e ancora non ce lo spediscono. Assurdi! Good morning, We have two of their cutters in the company for grinding and every time we need a spare, MONTHS pass before we have an effective response. On the phone they say to write via e-mail and then nobody ever answers the e-mails !! the last replacement, with one of the two machines stopped, we have been asking for it for 7 months and they still haven't sent it to us. Absurd!
