Ho avuto bisogno di un cambio biglietto aereo e mi ha detto che non era possibile perchΓ© era pieno Chiamo la compagnia aerea e mi conferma la possibilitΓ che perΓ² solo l'agenzia poteva cambiarmi il volo.Aveva mentito. Non aveva neanche guardato se c'era posto.Insomma ho dovuto far intervenire la compagnia aerea con loro per ottenere il cambio. La sig.ra Alessandra si Γ¨ seccata. Scortese e poco professionale. Non vi consiglio un viaggio con lei. Brutta esperienza. Abbandonati a noi stessi.
A non-existent assistance. Unreachable except by appointment two days a week for two hours. I needed a flight ticket change and he told me it wasn't possible because it was full I call the airline and confirm the possibility that only the agency could change my flight. He hadn't even looked to see if there was room, so I had to have the airline come in with them to get the change. Mrs Alessandra was annoyed. Rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend a trip with her. Bad experience. Abandoned to ourselves.
