★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più volte è mancata la consegna nella data concordata o con i vestiti perfettamente stirati. Per di più se in queste circostanze si aggiunge la scortesia del personale c'è una sola conclusione: assolutamente da evitare in futuro !!!
Delivery has repeatedly failed on the agreed date or with perfectly ironed clothes. Moreover, if in these circumstances the discourtesy of the staff is added there is only one conclusion: absolutely to be avoided in the future !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente negativa la mia esperienza con la lavanderia. Abito da cerimonia consegnato in ritardo e con tutte le macchie preesistenti, nonostante 4 lavaggi (non autorizzati)......Sono dovuta correre a comprarne un altro il giorno prima della cerimonia!
La cosa che però trovo ancora più grave è che, nonostante io non avessi nemmeno chiesto il rimborso, una commessa MALEDUCATA e SGARBATA si è rivolta a me con tono inadeguato e parole offensive quando ho fatto notare che forse, dopo alcuni lavaggi senza risultato, sarebbe stato meglio avvisarmi per tempo con una telefonata.
Non metterò più piede in questa lavanderia e sicuramente farò una pubblicità negativa. Consiglierei ai titolari di selezionare meglio il personale perchè i clienti non vanno mai trattati come se di essi non si avesse bisogno!
My experience with the laundry was absolutely bad. Ceremony dress delivered late and with all the pre-existing stains, despite 4 washes (unauthorized) ...... I had to rush to buy another one the day before the ceremony!
The thing that I find even more serious, however, is that, although I had not even asked for a refund, a RUDE and RUDE shop assistant approached me with inadequate tone and offensive words when I pointed out that perhaps, after a few washings without results, it would be it was better to notify me in time with a phone call.
I will never set foot in this laundry room again and I will certainly do negative publicity. I would advise the owners to better select the staff because customers should never be treated as if they are not needed!
