Mi sono rivolto a lui dopo aver rotto il quinto metatarso (maggio 2018) con conseguente trombosi al polpaccio sinistro (giugno 2018) Se stavo a sentire il fisiatra dovevo tenere il gesso per un altro mese...ae invece ascoltavo l'ortopedico avrei dovuto riprendere a correre non prima di ottobre....vabbè lasciamo stare.... Con Roberto già dopo poche sedute via le stampelle (primi di luglio) e poco dopo (fine luglio) ho ricominciato a corricchiare....poco....ma ho ripreso! Mi ha saputo tirar su di morale in un brutto momento ma...cosa importante...ha trovato la soluzione giusta nel più breve tempo....con tanto lavoro personale da fare a casa! Non è un santone ma sa il fatto suo...anche perché è uno sportivo lui stesso e sa benissimo come risolvere problemi fisici soprattutto di natura sportiva! I approached him after breaking the fifth metatarsal (May 2018) resulting in thrombosis in the left calf (June 2018) If I was listening to the physiatrist I had to keep the cast for another month ... and instead I listened to the orthopedist I would have to start running again not before October .... oh well forget it .... With Roberto already after a few sessions off the crutches (early July) and shortly after (late July) I started corricchiare again .... little .... but I started again! He was able to cheer me up in a bad moment but ... important thing ... he found the right solution in the shortest time .... with a lot of personal work to do at home! He is not a holy man but he knows his stuff ... also because he is a sportsman himself and knows very well how to solve physical problems especially of a sporting nature! A causa di una distorsione alla caviglia rischiavo di perdere l'occasione di fare un viaggio in Nepal che comprendeva tra le altre cose 4 giorni di trekking in Himalaya. Beh... come potete vedere da queste foto il viaggio lo sono riuscito a fare eccome...e tutto grazie al lavoro di recupero fatto con Roberto. Roberto non ti da la ricetta magica per guarire è un professionista serio e oltre alle terapie ti rende cosciente di quanto TU sia cruciale nel TUO processo di guarigione. Oltre che in quest'occasione Roberto mi ha seguito anche nel recupero della spalla destra che non mi permetteva di giocare a beach volley a causa di un problema alla cuffia dei rotatori, anche qui, incontri, percorso di riabilitazione, presa di coscienza del problema e di quali esercizi permettono di affrontare quel problema. Because of an ankle sprain, I risked losing the opportunity to travel to Nepal, which included 4 days of trekking in the Himalayas. In addition to this occasion, Roberto followed me also in the recovery of the right shoulder that did not allow me to play beach volleyball because of a rotator cuff problem, also here, meetings, rehabilitation process, awareness of the problem and what exercises allow you to address that problem.
