I drop off the vehicle in the mornings, rent a car for cheap to run errands, and return for pick up in the afternoon. I trust the work done and leave feeling satisfied every time. Highly recommend the place to everyone.

They have towed, repaired, and even lightly detailed my car like it was their own. The staff here are immaculate and always put their customer first. Without a doubt I could never imagine using another auto repair shop.

Secondly, I had a warranty on my car that expired in 2 weeks from the time we brought it in and Giovanni and his crew worked really hard to get a huge amount of engine work done within the timeframe they had. They also towed our car on a Saturday after hours and they offer a great price on detailing. I really can’t thank them enough for the support!

Just the other day we we’re locked out of our car and he went out of his way to help us and even stayed open late to make sure we had our car back the same day. He was super busy and it was getting towards the end of the day but he had his team take over for him so he could come get us. Dalla Massara is truly a one of a kind auto care center. If you’re a soldier, I highly recommend talking to David whether it be questions about your vehicle, roadside assistance or simply getting your vehicle fixed. If you bought you’re vehicle from another soldier chances are David has worked on the car and will do his best to help you

Davide came to pull our car out of a ditch at 11:00pm—on a country road—all with a smile! Oh, and if your an American, they have USAA on speed dial!

They tend to fix problems on your car that you didn't ask them to do and charge you for that as well. I recommend going to auto skills and asking their recommendation for a good auto shop because this one is not it.

He recommended them for any services needed and Davide, Giovanni, and his father have treated me like family ever since my first visit to their shop (been there for about 8 issues). They have always been honest about the work that needs to be done and always worked with me on the best price for repairs. They’ve done two major body work jobs and multiple mechanical fixes. On top of that, when my axle went out in a parking lot in Vicenza, I called Davide and he was here with a tow truck in less than 30 minutes with no notice. I have since PCSd to Germany and I’ve owned the vehicle for almost 5 years now. I have had an air bag issue and an ignition issue since I’ve moved to Germany and Davide has provided me personally tailored videos to make repairs on my own. He also has given me advice on what they repair should cost to ensure I’m not being taken advantage of here in Germany. You will not find another shop that will provide the level of service and genuine care than Roberto Dalla Massara. I’m extremely thankful for their help and friendship!
