Ho comprato un articolo che aveva un problema, sono tornata il giorno dopo in negozio e mi hanno detto che non possono fare nulla per risolverlo! A due passi da Piazza San Pasquale e poco distante da quella de' Martiri, lo Store è anche un bar e dispone di uno spazio dedicato all'abbigliamento bambina. A far la parte del leone, però, sono le creazioni moda donna della stilista, che ha uno stile chic e sognante che non disdegna però anche alcuni capi più rock. Nell'autunno inverno 2019/2020, infatti, è disponibile una capsule in pelle sintetica molto graziosa e sexy. Una enorme pecca è che la pelle, che è sintetica, viene chiamata ecopelle. Tale denominazione, invece, andrebbe utilizzata solo in riferimento a pellami lavorati a basso impatto ecologico, ed è piuttosto imperdonabile creare confusione sulle due diciture. Tolta questa circostanza, gli abiti sono molto interessanti, così come gli accessori ed i prezzi medio alti coerenti con la buona fattura dei capi. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, forse un po' lento, ma molto accogliente. Un luogo piacevolissimo da frequentare. Mai mi è capitato di essere trattata con così tanta aria di sufficienza e fastidio. Mentre pagavo una bella somma parlava al telefono con una cliente trattandola malissimo a mio dire, e mi ha praticamente buttato la carta addosso dopo l'acquisto. Non dico un sorriso, ma uno sguardo negli occhi. Spero per lei sia stata la titolare, perché fossi in quest'ultima, la licenzierei subito. Umiltà e professionalità non abitano questo negozio. La signora che ci ha "aiutati" si infastidiva per la richiesta taglie differenti e ci mostrava abbinamenti senza nemmeno poggiarli sul bancone pretendeva che scegliessi guardando dal cassetto. (Speaking fluent Italian doesn't help). If you are curvy, pregnant, too tall or do not come in wearing designer clothes with $$$ signs written all over them, prepare to be judged and treated with disdain....Quick tip, don't judge a book by its cover!
