Consigliatissimo I met them when I had to buy an MTB for my son: family-run, nice, they have an excellent assortment of bikes and accessories and the technicians are very good, fast and with a well-equipped workshop. Ovviamente hanno l'officina e forniscono assistenza tecnica. Inoltre sono specializzati in bici da bmx: beh, qui sono davvero competenti anche perchè i due figli sono campioni italiani. Gentili e professionali Very well stocked shop. Many accessories (helmets, gloves, clothing, spare parts ...) and many bikes for all tastes. Obviously they have the workshop and provide technical assistance. They also specialize in bmx bikes: well, here they are really competent also because the two sons are Italian champions. Hanno un'ottima disponibilità di articoli che spaziano dalla bici completa, al ricambio o accessorio, per arrivare anche all'abbigliamento. Il locale è ben curato, pulito e organizzato con ordine e metodo, l'officina è stata ristrutturata recentemente in maniera professionale ed esteticamente piacevole, oltre al fatto che ora sono dotati di qualsiasi strumento necessario in un'officina completa e di tutto rispetto. Bravi davvero, complimenti ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bike sales shop of all kinds with a very well prepared workshop! La bicicletta, regolata dal loro tecnico, è risultata molto più comoda di tutti gli altri interventi fatti presso altre officine. Da ritornarci sicuramente, per altri lavori. Kindness and professionalism. The bicycle, adjusted by their technician, was much more comfortable than all the other interventions made at other workshops. Definitely to come back for other jobs.

Sono rimasto sorpreso dall’enorme quantità di accessori e bici che hanno disponibili, si trova tutto, qualità altissima a prezzi molto validi. La cosa però che colpisce maggiormente è la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutti, complimenti. Beautiful shop and very kind staff. Se per una informazione semplice e banale su un prodotto che hanno in negozio devono “aggrapparsi “ a internet……….professionalità cercasi ! Sono entrato per delle informazioni e consigli ma in fatto di bici modestamente ne so più io di loro. I go in for information and possibly purchases ... I find arrogant but above all uninformed salesmen. They have not been able to answer basic questions that for salesmen who sell bicycles they should MANDATORY know !! If for a simple and trivial information on a product they have in the store they have to "cling" to the internet ......... professionalism sought! I went in for information and advice, but in terms of bikes I modestly know more than them.
f	fabio raposo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an honest bike shop...I have requested 3 times for a budget for a repair on my mtb bike, and i have been told they could not give me a a budget because they had to see the bike first. I have requested specifically a budget for a few specific repairs as wheel building, gears aligments, brakes alignment, etc, and also with that they did not want to give me a budget. The reason they do this is because they do not have a fixed price for the repairs they do, and they charge whatever they want each time. I have email them once again to know the prices first before bringing the bike to the shop, and even with that they did not reply to me anymore. If you request any good bike shop for help in repairing your bike and the price of it, they will do that straight away. Clearly they do not take care of the potential customers, and therefore, not a very good first experience and clearly unprofessional. A costumer Lost.
