Mi hanno presentato lo storno contabile in data 27/01/2016 NON ESEGUITO e mi vogliono convincere che IO devo controlare con la mia banca.Pensano che tutti loro clienti sono scemi...
In data 7/12/2015 ho fatto ordine e pagato la TV Samsung UE55HU8500. Nell'ordine come data pronto per la spedizione era indicata 21/12/2015. Il 14/12/2015 mi arriva e_mail da parte di Electroutlet in quale mi dicono che prodotto verrà preparato dalla casa madre in 15-20 giorni lavorativi . A questo punto io decido di recedere dal contratto. In data 16/12/2015 ho mandato la raccomandata alla ditta ELECTROUTLET e poi in data 17/12 un'altra raccomadata indirizzata a RMBS srl per recesso dal contratto e una e_mail ( per la legge basta e_mail non serve la raccomandata) vista e confermata dalla loro amministrazione . Fino a oggi,15/01/2016,nessuna notizia sullo storno. La settimana prossima parto con la denuncia ai carabinieri per la truffa.. Il mio consiglio di stare alla larga da questa ditta. Il commercio si basa sulla fiducia e sulle regole semplici. Infrante le regole il commercio si trasforma nella truffa. Io mi sento truffato.
Pay attention, THEY DO NOT ANSWER. Today is 02/20/2016 and they still have not repaid my money. They presented me with the accounting reversal dated 27/01/2016 NOT EXECUTED and they want to convince me that I have to check with my bank. They think that all their customers are idiots ...
On 7/12/2015 I ordered and paid for the Samsung UE55HU8500 TV. In the order as ready date for shipment was indicated 21/12/2015. On 14/12/2015 I get e-mail from Electroutlet in which they tell me that product will be prepared by the parent company in 15-20 working days. At this point I decide to withdraw from the contract. On 12/16/2015 I sent the registered letter to the company ELECTROUTLET and then on 17/12 another recommended addressed to RMBS srl for withdrawal from the contract and an e_mail (for the law just e_mail does not need the registered letter) view and confirmed from their administration. Until today, 15/01/2016, no news on the transfer. Next week I start with a complaint to the police for fraud .. My advice to stay away from this company. Trade is based on trust and simple rules. Breaking the rules, commerce turns into fraud. I feel cheated.
