We only did a consultation with inspection to verify the feasibility of a restructuring, all completely free but with a priceless preparation. Abbiamo acquisito diversi preventivi, ma alla fine abbiamo scelto soprattutto d'istinto, osservando il modo di fare della RMA fin dal primo incontro: attenti nel valutare l'esistente, precisi, concreti, competenti e perciò rassicuranti. Non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Abbiamo trovato un’impresa giovane, seria, professionale, affidabile. Prezzi trasparenti e in linea con la qualità del servizio offerto. Il lavoro è stato portato a compimento in modo egregio e nei tempi pattuiti. Grazie alle ingegnere Manuela e Alessandra, e un grazie particolare a Cristina, la bravissima architetta che abbiamo avuto al fianco in questi tre mesi. Having to renovate in Milan without being a local, we needed someone to follow us (and guide us) from start to finish. We acquired several quotes, but in the end we chose above all instinctively, observing the way of doing the RMA from the first meeting: careful in evaluating the existing, precise, concrete, competent and therefore reassuring. We couldn't have made a better choice. We have found a young, serious, professional, reliable company. Transparent prices and in line with the quality of the service offered. The work was carried out in an excellent way and within the agreed time. Thanks to the engineers Manuela and Alessandra, and a special thanks to Cristina, the talented architect we have had at our side in these three months.

Abbiamo trovato una realtà giovane e molto professionale. Seri sotto tutti i punti di vista, dal preventivo alla documentazione urbanistica (fondamentale anche per rimborso futuro come sgravio fiscale) alla sicurezza cantiere e Covid. Puntuali, gentili, competenti seguiti da una brava squadra di tecnici, dall'idraulico all'elettricista ai muratori. I nostro progetto è stato gestito in prima persona dall'architetta Laura Cammarota che ci teniamo a citare nominandola in quanto si è sempre dimostrata paziente, determinata nel seguire la squadra, ottima nei consigli dei materiali, bravissima nel gestire tutti gli aspetti condominiali dalle comunicazioni all'amministratore alla gestione dei vicini. Progetto complesso il nostro ed in pieno Covid, quindi ancora più problematico. Ha saputo gestire tutto personalmente in modo impeccabile. Brava! Merita i nostri complimenti. Quindi, che dire? Consigliatissimi, affidatevi a loro. My wife and I relied on them for the renovation of our apartment in Milan. Large size, 1930s house. We have found a young and very professional reality. Serious from all points of view, from the estimate to the planning documentation (also essential for future reimbursement as a tax relief) to construction site safety and Covid. Punctual, kind, competent followed by a good team of technicians, from the plumber to the electrician to the masons. Our project was personally managed by the architect Laura Cammarota whom we would like to mention by naming her as she has always proved patient, determined in following the team, excellent in material advice, very good at managing all the condominium aspects from communications to 'administrator to the management of neighbors. Our project is complex and in full Covid, therefore even more problematic. He was able to manage everything personally in an impeccable way. Brava! It deserves our compliments. So what about? Highly recommended, trust them.

I servizi offerti sono di alta qualità, non paragonabili a quelli offerti da un impresa edile classica. D altronde sono un general contractor. Purtroppo per motivi economici non ho potuto usufruire del loro servizio, ma se avessi avuto la possibilità mi sarei affidato a loro senza indugio. I had a 2-hour meeting with them in order to have a quote regarding a renovation of a two-room apartment. The services offered are of high quality, not comparable to those offered by a classic construction company. On the other hand, I am a general contractor. Unfortunately for economic reasons I was unable to use their service, but if I had had the opportunity I would have entrusted to them without delay.
