I ORDERED THE FABRIC IN JULY, IT WAS DELIVERED IN THE WRONG COLOR. I WAS ABLE TO HAVE A PARTIAL REFUND ON DECEMBER 7TH. IN THESE 5 MONTHS VARIOUS PHONE CALLS HAVE INTERCURSE WHERE I WAS ASSURED THAT THE EXACT GOODS SHIPPING WOULD TAKE PLACE IMMEDIATELY !!!
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THESE ECOMMERCE SITE !!!

Le reclamé el reembolso de mi dinero y se negó a realizar la devolución. La atención al cliente es muy mala. El señor Ricardi Raffaele Muglia es maleducado e incompetente. Es un estafador. No recomiendo a nadie contactar con esta empresa. No aporta soluciones y además se ofende si solicitas lo que has pagado. Espero que le vaya en la vida igual que trata a los clientes. Repito, es un ESTAFADOR.
After 6 months (6 MONTHS!!!!) waiting for a shipment I have not received the carpets of my Alfa Romeo GT. The owner mistyped the address twice. I demanded a refund of my money and he refused to return it. Customer service is very bad. Mr Ricardi Raffaele Muglia is rude and incompetent. He is a scammer. I do not recommend anyone to contact this company. It does not provide solutions and is also offended if you ask for what you have paid for. I hope you are doing in life the same way you treat customers. I repeat, he is a SCAMMER.

Si sono mostrati veloci nelle risposte a tutte le mie domande tramite WhatsApp, disponibili sia a richieste particolari (come acquistare una metratura di tessuto che sul sito non era possibile avere) e chiari in tutte le risposte.

I bought spare parts and upholstery from RM Reload for the restoration of a small camper mounted on the 1998 Fiat Scudo.
They were quick to answer all my questions via WhatsApp, available both for special requests (such as buying a square meter of fabric that was not possible on the site) and clear in all the answers.
I highly recommend!

Il tessuto utilizzato è stato quello originale e la saldatura del lunotto in vetro appare fatta con cura.
Ho molto apprezzato il contatto diretto con il titolare che a mezzo whats app mi ha informato di tutto quanto.
Azienda assolutamente affidabile che mi sento di consigliare vivamente.

The company proved to be serious, reliable and punctual in providing a replacement soft top for my Audi TT MK2.
The fabric used was the original one and the welding of the glass rear window appears to have been done with care.
I very much appreciated the direct contact with the owner who informed me of everything via whats app.
