A	Andrew Tralongo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed at this hotel for about a week last year in September and it was absolutely wonderful! There were about I want to say 15 of us across 4-5 rooms. The rooms were clean and included our own laundry facilities which made the stay so much easier when roaming in the European sun all day long. Having the private beach was a blessing, previously visiting overcrowded public beaches; with a 5 minute walk from our room, we were relaxing in a quite environment surrounded by the luscious Italian ocean. The small cafe at the beach was well priced, and made this coffee-cream-slushie which was delicious; got one every day! On Saturday nights the beach turns into a club which is great if you want to go for a dance and have s few drinks. Once you get sick of it, within 10 minutes you’re probably in bed asleep.

No attention to details and to customers; the same breakfast for an entire week and very limited choices. Very noisy rooms, very limited options at the restaurant. I would not recommend this to anyone going there with children and family. The manager should be fired!!!!
O	Olivia “Supp4lyf” Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get a feel for a place when you find out a free shuttle is not so free. That was just the start of it. Staff generally rude and unwilling to listen. Food was shockingly bad. Honestly, I've had better experiences sleeping on my Grandads floor. If 0 was a possibility then that would be the rating. Couldn't even recomend this to a backpacker.
P	P R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I injured my ankle 2 days before checking in and it was in a brace and I was walking with crutches. When my friend mentioned it at check in asking if we could have the room before 3.00 pm and one located near the reception, the receptionist said “well what do you expect me to do about your injured friend?!”. Then she gave us a room which although on the ground floor was the farthest away possible from the reception in this huge hotel, which took me 20 minutes to walk to on my crutches with no offer of help or even no help bringing my bags to my room which I had to organise on my own! With crutches and a foot in a brace!! Unbelievably lacking in human decency and manners not to me Tino customer service. Never again!

H	Håkon Eide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay when connecting from the airport. Friendly and welcoming staff from check-in counter, breakfast waiter to the airport driver. Interior is not brand new, but quite satisfactory for the price. Breakfast is decent, and coffee great. Helpful staff, and special thanks to our driver taking us to the airport for a rental car pickup. Travelled in March, so the place was pleasantly quiet and relaxing.
