Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, pronto a dare supporto e a cercare numeri magari mancanti in esposizione. Sembra quasi una barzelletta, da non credere: al primo acquisto mi è stato lasciato l'antitaccheggio agganciato e per staccarlo si è rovinata la scarpa. Al secondo acquisto, quando è stata aperta la scatola, abbiamo trovato 2 scarpe sinistre. Veramente il massimo dell'inefficienza. Avevo spedito gli stivaletti per fare un regalo ed ora ci abbiamo rimesso anche il costo delle 2 spedizioni. Ovviamente non è per i soldi ma il disservizio per me è grave. Eviterò di servirmi nuovamente di questo negozio. Tornerò solo per avvisare il Proprietario, ammesso che ce ne sia uno.
