Inoltre l'appartamento mi è stato consegnato perfettamente pulito.

Furthermore the apartment was delivered to me perfectly clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente abbiamo finito il 110 sulla nostra unifamiliare, a parte le lungaggini delle banche, tutto quello che avevamo desiderato e concordato è stato fatto. La differenza fra il vecchio impianto ed il nuovo a pavimento + coibentazione è incredibile, la pompa di calore lavora pochissimo perché abbiamo praticamente sempre in casa 20 gradi. Ripensandoci avremmo fatto bene a richiedere le tapparelle motorizzate, ma va bene così anche perché i serramenti sono veramente ottimi, a finestra chiusa i rumori della strada sono pari a zero.
We have finally finished 110 on our single-family house, apart from the delays of the banks, everything we had wanted and agreed upon has been done. The difference between the old system and the new floor + insulation is incredible, the heat pump works very little because we practically always have 20 degrees in the house. In retrospect, we would have done well to request motorized shutters, but that's okay also because the windows are really excellent, with the window closed the street noise is zero.
