L	Lorena Manfredini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il forno è arrivato con la portella rotta, e con un'ammaccatura sul fianco. il trasportatore l'ha mollato li e il magazziniere presente non ha avuto l'accortezza di firmare la bolla con riserva. ho mandato le foto con l'evidenza del pacco danneggiato, ma il commerciale si è appellato al fatto che non abbiamo firmato la bolla con riserva, detto per inciso è legittimo, ma commercialmente è veramente irritante dal punto di vista del cliente. io ho un'azienda commerciale e quando è evidente che il danno è stato fatto dal trasportatore, non mi sogno proprio di usare un cavillo della bolla non firmata con riserva, credo sia poco rispettoso nei confronti del cliente, tanto più quando si sta parlando di poche decina di €. quindi ho dovuto pagare per avere una portella nuova, il massimo che ho ottenuto è stato uno sconto del 50% sulla nuova portella, mentre l'ammaccatura sul fianco me la sono dovuta tenere. in conclusione per me, il servizio di consegna è stato pessimo e post vendita ancora peggio. Abbiamo acquistato come regalo di Natale per la nostra casa un pensile scolapiatti in acciaio INOX del valore di circa 500,00 euro. Beh... non solo è arrivato danneggiato in molteplici punti ma presentava caratteristiche di fabbrica che ne impedivano il corretto utilizzo. Abbiamo cercato immediatamente di prendere contatto con lo Staff aziendale inviando: 1) Foto e video 2) Molteplici mail 3) Raccomandata A\R ...senza contare le numerose chiamate fatte!! Collaborazione da parte loro = ZERO Quindi a Gennaio abbiamo spedito a spese ovviamente nostre (40,00) il "rottame" e ottenuto il sospirato rimborso. Da parte loro nemmeno una scusa per l'accaduto.
