Notevoli le pizze , sia le tradizionali alla napoletana classica che le battute. Questo perché i menù sono vari, le pietanze ben abbinate, gustose e abbondanti. Ci servono con cura e premura, offrendoci sia piatti semplici al naturale che elaborati, ma mai troppo pesanti. I dolci poi sono buonissimi, della pasticceria Giotto, un nome internazionale che continua a riscuotere successi. Sempre attenti alle risposte che ricevono ai questionari che periodicamente ci sottopongono. Insomma come si potrebbe stare senza la FORCELLINI RISTORAZIONE? Mai! For 14 years now, FORCELLINI RISTORAZIONE in Padua has been serving us meals for about 150 people every day and we still don't feel the desire to change! Qualità nelle materie prime e varietà dell'offerta sono per me requisiti fondamentali in un servizio mensa quotidiano e trovo che Ristorazione Forcellini sia assolutamente all'altezza delle mie aspettative! In più di dieci anni ho visto alternarsi vari fornitori, ma mai nessuno si è dimostrato così costante nel mantenere un servizio di prima scelta. Inoltre, è possibile prenotare il menù direttamente da un app sul telefono, in totale autonomia. Infine, sottolineo che il personale è sempre molto disponibile e attento ad ogni minima esigenza, tenendo conto che noi siamo in più di 100 persone!! La cosa in assoluto che preferisco sono i dolci, direttamente sfornati dalla pasticceria Giotto, che sono buonissimi! Continuate così e non cambieremo mai! Quality in raw materials and variety of the offer are fundamental requirements for me in a daily canteen service and I find that Forcellini Catering absolutely lives up to my expectations! In more than ten years I have seen various suppliers alternate, but never has anyone been so consistent in maintaining a first-rate service. Furthermore, it is possible to book the menu directly from an app on the phone, in total autonomy. Finally, I underline that the staff is always very helpful and attentive to every minimum need, taking into account that we are more than 100 people !! My absolute favorite is the desserts, directly baked from the Giotto pastry shop, which are delicious! Keep it up and we will never change!

Una squadra di professionisti che segue le diete adeguate anche per una singola persona. Cibo di ottima qualità e consegnato in brevissimo tempo dalla cottura e quindi di ottimo gradimento al palato .Che dire...buon appetito!!! Grande attenzione viene posta nella scelta delle materie prime (di qualità) e alla stagionalità dei prodotti, il menù è variegato e incontra l'apprezzamento dei bambini. Il questionario di gradimento sottoposto ai genitori ha rilevato un elevato livello di soddisfazione del servizio. Vale la pena di menzionare il bellissimo libretto informativo che viene consegnato alle famiglie all'inizio di ogni anno scolastico che contiene tantissime informazioni utili. Oltre al menù proposto vengono spiegate alcune preparazioni e la composizione dei pasti. Personale preparato e sempre molto disponibile. Da quest'anno, a grande richiesta, abbiamo introdotto con grande successo anche il sistema dei buoni pasto elettronici che ha facilitato la prenotazione ed il pagamento dei pasti attraverso un portale dedicato. Per ultimo ma non meno importante il progetto sociale abbinato al servizio. Oltre alla famosa Pasticceria Giotto che prepara e confeziona i dolci del menù per i bambini, l'inserimento lavorativo di persone svantaggiate del territorio. In addition to the proposed menu, some preparations and the composition of the meals are explained. Staff prepared and always very helpful. Since this year, by popular demand, we have also successfully introduced the electronic meal vouchers system which has facilitated the booking and payment of meals through a dedicated portal. Last but not least, the social project combined with the service. In addition to the famous Pasticceria Giotto which prepares and packages the sweets from the children's menu, the work placement of disadvantaged people in the area.
