Qui la vera specialità è la carne e la cosa sensazionale è che la sua qualità è eccellente proprio perché i proprietari possiedono delle terre nelle Marche dove fanno crescere libere le loro mucche e i loro maiali. La materia prima è quindi super controllata e preparata con tantissima passione e competenza. Ma la meraviglia non finisce qui perché Cinzia, la proprietaria, oltre ad essere una splendida padrona di casa capace di accogliere, coccolare e consigliare i suoi ospiti, ha le mani d’oro e aggiunge un tocco unico a tutto ciò che prepara. La sua giardiniera in agrodolce e i suoi dolci sono da capogiro. Quindi oltre ai piatti anche il servizio è strepitoso, il locale è super accogliente e la qualità prezzo è imbattibile. Il nostro consiglio: non perdetevi assolutamente la pancia di maiale cotta sottovuoto e poi affumicata che viene servita calda con la saporitissima giardiniera fatta in casa e la loro specialità della casa, una costata cotta su pietra che noi abbiamo accompagnato con l’ottimo Amarosso, il vino fermo della casa. Assolutamente obbligatoria, infine, il paradisiaco semifreddo che viene accompagnato da uvetta sotto grappa la cui ricetta segreta è della nonna della proprietaria.
 Ristorantino Carbone is a real guarantee, perfect for a meal based on taste and quality just outside the center of Treviso! Here the real specialty is meat and the sensational thing is that its quality is excellent precisely because the owners own land in the Marche where they let their cows and pigs grow free. The raw material is therefore super controlled and prepared with a lot of passion and competence. But the wonder does not end there because Cinzia, the owner, in addition to being a wonderful hostess capable of welcoming, pampering and advising her guests, has golden hands and adds a unique touch to everything she prepares. Its sweet and sour giardiniera and its desserts are mind-boggling. So in addition to the dishes, the service is also amazing, the place is super welcoming and the price quality is unbeatable. Our advice: do not miss the vacuum-packed and then smoked pork belly which is served hot with the tasty homemade pickled vegetables and their house specialty, a steak cooked on a stone that we accompanied with the excellent Amarosso, the still house wine. Finally, absolutely mandatory is the heavenly semifreddo which is accompanied by raisins under grappa whose secret recipe is from the owner's grandmother.

Charming and the food is out of this world. Wine selection very good and prices are fair for the quality and quantity. Come hungry !! You can thank me later
