The menu should be improved. I'm not saying i had a bad meal but rice and curry is a demanding menu to prepare so try to go simple like adding samble potato or dal curry (not dry), something like chutney or pickle. avoid beans, ladyfingers, as a curry.
try to serve a table by the same waiter from the setting up to clearing up. always keep an eye on the table. always remove unnecessary items, finished plates as it goes.
be aware of right temperatures of the refrigerators.
Do not stop where you are. go forward, improve.
