★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alberto e Christian sanno come accogliere e far stare bene le persone. In cucina Alberto è in continua evoluzione, ma sicuramente in menu troverete un risotto da assaggiare assolutamente. Io ho provato anche l'astice con pop corn e caramello salato, lo spaghetto con lievito e lenticchie, il bir-ramen (strepitoso!).
 Alberto and Christian know how to welcome and make people feel good. In the kitchen Alberto is constantly evolving, but surely on the menu you will find a risotto to taste absolutely. I also tried the lobster with popcorn and salted caramel, the spaghetti with yeast and lentils, the bir-ramen (amazing!).

Consiglio Vivamente.
I had the opportunity to enjoy a Special Dinner in a Restaurant with a Particular Location. Cozy place, delicious food from the first course to the dessert.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menù estivo dello chef Alberto Basso, provato a pranzo a metà luglio. Una cucina sempre in crescita, attenta alla stagione (menù molto fresco e leggero), creativa ma con piatti sempre gustosi. Il risotto con zucchine, gambero rosso e la sua bisque merita da solo il viaggio :)
Summer menu by chef Alberto Basso, tried for lunch in mid-July. An ever-growing cuisine, attentive to the season (very fresh and light menu), creative but with always tasty dishes. The risotto with zucchini, red shrimp and its bisque alone is worth the trip :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti lasci alle spalle la pianura desolata, sali in cima ai colli e in fine ti ritrovi di fronte questo piccolo lembo di terra circondato dagli alberi; un puntino rosso che si alza verso la metà della piana.
Al suo interno un ristorante sublime.
Ottimo piatti, ricercati e pieni di passione per quest’arte che è la cucina.
I ragazzi in sala sono impeccabili, ti fanno sentire a tuo agio; qualche battuta e si è subito in famiglia.
Una cena sublime.
You leave the desolate plain behind you, climb to the top of the hills and in the end you find yourself facing this small strip of land surrounded by trees; a red dot that rises towards the middle of the plain.

Excellent dishes, refined and full of passion for this art that is cooking.
The guys in the room are impeccable, they make you feel at ease; a few jokes and we are immediately in the family.

Piatti bellissimi, impiattati in modo impeccabile, ma soprattutto pieni di sapori diversi, che danno quel qualcosa in più, che manca al 99% dei ristoranti dove sono stato fin ora. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, ci hanno servito due persone preparatissime, mi sono sentito trattato come un principino. La location è strutturata e pensata molto bene, luogo adatto per rilassarsi e godersi dell'ottima cucina, diversa ma al tempo stesso spettacolare. Qualità/prezzo? 10/10.
A show, from start to finish. Beautiful dishes, impeccably stacked, but above all full of different flavors, which give that something extra, which is missing in 99% of the restaurants where I have been so far. The service was impeccable, two well-trained people served us, I felt treated like a prince. The location is structured and designed very well, a suitable place to relax and enjoy excellent cuisine, different but at the same time spectacular. Quality price? 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo stati venerdì scorso io e mia moglie per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Da tanto volevo provare e lo avevo in agenda, finalmente ci siamo riusciti :)
L'aspettativa era alta e devo dire che è stata ampiamente soddisfatta, sia in termini di cucina, sia per il servizio. Il ristorante è oltretutto molto molto carino, abbiamo mangiato nella sala piccola, la prossima volta chiediamo di essere in quella grande, perché gli arredi ed i colori ci piacciono molto.
Pubblico le foto di qualche piatto, aggiungendo che il responsabile di sala ci ha consentito di bere due vini al calice scegliendoli praticamente noi, i nostri preferiti, il Gewurzt Alsaziano e il Sauternes. Già solo questo meriterebbe le cinque stelle, senza contare il simpatico regalo datoci prima di andar via.
We were there last Friday my wife and I to celebrate my birthday. For a long time I wanted to try and I had it on the agenda, finally we succeeded :)
The expectation was high and I must say that it was widely satisfied, both in terms of cuisine and service. The restaurant is also very very nice, we ate in the small room, next time we ask to be in the big one, because we like the furniture and the colors very much.
I publish the photos of some dishes, adding that the room manager has allowed us to drink two wines by the glass choosing us, our favorites, the Gewurzt Alsatian and the Sauternes. This alone deserves the five stars, not to mention the nice gift given to us before leaving.
