★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had dinner at Timo Tues 5/15/18 at 730 pm. The atmosphere was warm as well as formal. The fine dining menu was different and exciting. Nino, our waiter was very professional. He made suggestions and then allowed us time to relax and enjoy the courses but was very attentive the entire time. The food was sophisticated with traditional Calabrian favorites. We ordered the Misto Timo Antipasti. It was amazing! Delicacies of salami & formaggi, prosciutto, traditional vegetable favorites, truffles, eggplant, mushrooms- and so much more than we expected. Our Pasta course was delicious handmade ravioli stuffed with local greens and fresh ricotta with a light pomodoro sauce and delicious cheese. My dinner entree was a slow cooked (9hours) Steak osso bucco with a tomato vino reduction sauce made in the Calabrese style. The depth of flavor and layers of tastes were pure genius. Chef owner Pietro came to our table to see if we were enjoying ourselves. We met a humble professional chef who was polite and appreciative. Wow, such a great experience for us! My wife had Saltimboca ala Calabrese with potato steak fries. The veal was like butter. Fresh, light with a little sage and local cheese. For dessert we had pastachio gelato and a real treat, bergamotto lemon cello! We didn’t want to leave. It was a great night. Thank you Timo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the restaurant last night. Although we did not order anti-pasta the owner served us some delicious starters/teasers, wow. Soo tasteful. We took glass of white and red housewine. Both were really great, and Highly recommended.
We took two delicious dishes of pasta, really great.. And two main courses (beef). But if you are not Italian, it can be too much :)
If you are limited eater, just take anti-pasta and primmi patti.
Really great experience !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hand-made pasta, fresh seafood main, good wine selection. Prices the same (or less) than most of the tourist trap restaurants that we have encountered in Calabria. Charming service. Why aren’t there more customers ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing restaurant! The waiter was really kind and explained to us the menu very good in detail. Food was delicious! Even had the chance to taste some Calabrian specialities. Calabrian white wine was a discovery as well :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Timo restaurant in order to taste authentic Calabrian cuisine and it was great! ‘Timo’ degustation appetiser’s portion size was massive and had various types of local food. Also, I had pistachio pasta & local red wine. After eating it all I could barely walk:) Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend

We started with the antipasti plater “Degustazione” with Calabrian specialties, then moved on with Primi piatti de pasta, and wrapped it up with coffee, of course.
