Il signore che ci ha accolto molto gentile e preparato. Consigliato al 100% I took my girlfriend to eat here and chose the meat tasting menu. All dishes from the first to the last amazing! Rispetto ad altri contesti di pari livello ho ritrovato meno stress sull'ansia da innovazione a ogni costo, ma tanta sana ricerca nel dare una chiave di lettura personale, autentica e genuina a una cucina ancestrale e di tradizione. Se in alcuni piatti manca forse l'effetto wow da primo impatto breathtaking, vi è però poi un totale appagamento multisensoriale che non ti abbandona fino all'ultimo boccone. La location è calda e accogliente e si viene proiettati in un'atmosfera di assoluta intimità, non posata e rarefatta, dove abbandonarsi senza remore a un viaggio enogastronomico voluttuoso. The clearest sensation that I have personally perceived, living the culinary experience of Stories of Love, is the wisdom in the art of reinterpretation. Compared to other contexts of the same level, I found less stress on the anxiety of innovation at all costs, but a lot of healthy research in giving a personal, authentic and genuine interpretation to an ancestral and traditional cuisine. If in some dishes perhaps the wow effect from the breathtaking first impact is lacking, there is however a total multisensory satisfaction that does not abandon you until the last bite. The location is warm and welcoming and you are projected into an atmosphere of absolute intimacy, not laid and rarefied, where you can indulge yourself without hesitation in a voluptuous food and wine journey.

Percorso di assaggi dai sapori forti e contrastanti accuratamente guidati dallo chef. Incredibile il risotto alle fragole con lo Champagne. Stella Michelin meritata.

Presentazione molto curata. I sapori dei vari ingredienti si riescono a distinguere molto chiaramente uno dopo l'altro. Ho trovato il finto risotto agli asparagi particolarmente buono e spettacolare il nocciolandia. Da consigliare ad amici e parenti. The place is very nice, the furniture creates a sophisticated environment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the ingredients. The kitchen amazed us. Very accurate presentation. The flavors of the various ingredients can be distinguished very clearly one after the other. I found the fake asparagus risotto particularly good and the nocciolandia spectacular. Recommended to friends and relatives.
