Servizio, anche se mi dispiace dirlo, perché gentile, poco attento: se si fa senza glutine si deve comprendere che chi è celiaco non è allergico al glutine è intollerante e la differenza è abissale.Inoltre se sulla carta si scrive tagliatelle non si possono presentare degli spaghetti, anche se quella differenza ha evitato in corner di non finire in ospedale. Chiedo solo di meditare e di fare più educazione alimentare: chi va in un locale certificato si deve sentire tranquillo. Restaurant with many pretensions and few contents. Il servizio di ragazzi giovani e preparati è perfetto. Il menù di carne e pesce non vive di spunti di elevata ricercatezza ma si affida a una serie di sicuri piatti della tradizione. A mio avviso i punti più alti sono toccati negli antipasti mentre la parte del menù un po' scontata è composta dai secondi. La carta dei vini è composta da una griglia completa di qualità e prezzi medio alta. Abbiamo fatto solo un piccolo appunto avendo chiesto il filetto al sangue che è arrivato, invece troppo cotto. Era comunque buonissimo e lo abbiamo fatto presente solo allo scopo di essere utili al costante miglioramento dell'attività. La ragazza che ci ha seguito al tavolo per tutta la durata della cena ha accolto di buon grado la nostra indicazione e ha fatto un gesto che ho molto apprezzato portandoci un piccolo tagliere con assaggio di formaggi che ci ha accompagnato mentre terminavano la bottiglia. Non sono molti i ristoranti dove il servizio è così accorto. Una presentazione da lode per quanto mi riguarda. Il prezzo rispecchia lo standard e il voto totale non può che essere di promozione piena. Restaurant located in the same building as a hotel. Dinner in the summer garden is lived in a hushed and chic atmosphere. The service of young and well-trained guys is perfect. The meat and fish menu does not thrive on highly sophisticated ideas but relies on a series of safe traditional dishes. In my opinion the highest points are touched in the appetizers while the part of the menu that is a bit obvious is made up of the main courses. The wine list consists of a complete range of quality and medium-high prices. We only made a small note having asked for the rare fillet which arrived, instead overcooked. It was still very good and we only mentioned it for the purpose of being useful for the constant improvement of the business. The girl who followed us to the table for the duration of the dinner welcomed our indication and made a gesture that I very much appreciated bringing us a small platter with cheese tasting that accompanied us as they finished the bottle. There aren't many restaurants where the service is so attentive. A commendable presentation as far as I'm concerned. The price reflects the standard and the total vote can only be full promotion.

Il prezzo è forse un po' alto, ma ho trascorso una piacevole serata. Lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile. Romantic restaurant inside a modern and elegant hotel, the San Ranieri. Arrivati nel luogo che si trova diciamo dietro l'ospedale di Cisanello notiamo subito l'hotel molto moderno con accanto il ristorante. Entriamo e subito notiamo molto gusto nell'arredamento e nel contesto. Davvero molto suggestivo. Ci fa accomodare il maitre e devo subito notare la sua gentilezza cosa che apprezziamo molto. Scegliamo dal menù due antipasti, 2 secondi, 2 contorni, 2 dolci 3 calici di vino acqua e 1 caffè. Spesa totale 110 euro. Antipasti ottimi veramente e decisamente abbondanti! Ottimo! Arrivano i secondi che abbiamo scelto per via del particolare forno che utilizzano (praticamente ci spiegano che è chiuso e cuoce con tutti i sapori). Effettivamente da alla pietanza un buonissimo sapore. (non ricordo il nome del forno). Ad ogni modo voglio fare presente che inizialmente sul menù ci sono un sacco di nomi strani che onestamente servirebbe un libro di cucina per comprenderli e allora chiediamo cortesemente una piccola spiegazione. From the menu we choose two appetizers, 2 seconds, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts 3 glasses of water and 1 coffee. Total expenditure 110 euros. Really good and very abundant appetizers! Great! The seconds that we have chosen come because of the particular oven they use (they practically explain us that it is closed and cooks with all the flavors). Indeed it gives the dish a very good taste. (I can't remember the name of the oven). Anyway I want to point out that initially on the menu there are a lot of strange names that honestly would need a cookbook to understand them and then we kindly ask for a small explanation. I must say that the guy who explained us was super nice! Great desserts and ice cream! RECOMMENDED.
