★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ormai 3 anni pubblicizzano menu per intolleranti al lattosio, che da altrettanto tempo non è mai disponibile, perchè, a detta del personale, buttavano litri di impasto dal presunto costo superiore.
Insufficiente la scelta per gli intolleranti.
A tal proposito, ci è stato detto che per le cialde usano latte senza lattosio: scelta poco intelligente finché gli altri ingredienti sono con lattosio.
Tale scelta cozza con quanto detto prima (costo maggiore dell'impasto delattosato).
Eccellente per il resto dei prodotti!
 For the past 3 years they have been advertising menus for lactose intolerant, which has never been available since long ago, because, according to the staff, they threw out dough from the allegedly higher cost.
The choice for the intolerant is insufficient.
In this regard, we were told that they use milk without lactose for waffles: an unintelligent choice as long as the other ingredients are with lactose.
This choice clashes with what was said before (greater cost than the delattosate dough).
Excellent for the rest of the products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preparano Waffle croccanti. Deve piacere immagino questo tipo di cottura per apprezzarlo a pieno, ma a parte questo punto soggettivo è un ottimo locale dai prezzi contenuti e con una scelta vasta di crepes (anche salate) e waffle.
Prepare crispy waffles. I have to imagine this type of cooking to fully appreciate it, but apart from this subjective point it is a great place with reasonable prices and a wide choice of crepes (even savory) and waffles.

Ho preso due waffle ed erano freddissimi, non fatti al momento e le glasse erano congelate e senza sapore e per di più eravamo costretti anche a stare fuori con un freddo atroce. Non so se è stata una questione di sfortuna, però...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Educazione, cordialità, sorrisi da per tutto e tanta bontà in ogni cosa proposta nel menu, abbiamo mangiato 5 tipologie di crepe, si si, 5, e vi dico che ancora li volevo?, comunque vale la pena, è veramente buono, e la cameriera un dolce di ragazza, anche la proprietaria che alla fine hai fatto cassa, posto pulito e curato!

Un luogo riservato , in cui la professionalità e la qualità della cucina prodotta è centrale e fondamentale . Mi piace considerarlo un luogo speciale .
There are places that have a particular and profound meaning because they evoke past memories, this for me is the Sensi Star Restaurant, found by chance on a summer evening, during the Noemi concert. A reserved place, where the professionalism and quality of the cuisine produced is central and fundamental. I like to consider it a special place.
