Un luogo magico! Il panorama bellissimo,ma la cosa che lo rende speciale è la particolare maestria usata nei piatti,tradizionali,ma con rivisitazioni meravigliose. Gusti freschi,materie prime esaltate al massimo da Ermetina che riversa tutta la sua raffinata passione in quello che fa. Anche in questo momento non proprio felice,quando li vedo arrivare con i loro fantastici menu sia di carne che di pesce,apro lo scrigno che emana quei profumi unici e penso che appena si potrà tornerò di corsa ad abbracciarli ed a gustarmi le loro prelibatezze. Voto 10 in tutto. Grazie
A magical place! The beautiful landscape, but the thing that makes it special is the particular skill used in traditional dishes, but with wonderful reinterpretations. Fresh flavors, raw materials enhanced to the maximum by Ermetina who pours all her refined passion into what she does. Even in this not really happy moment, when I see them arrive with their fantastic menus of both meat and fish, I open the casket that gives off those unique scents and I think that as soon as you can I will rush back to embrace them and enjoy their delicacies. Rating 10 in all. Thanks
