Staff in sala accogliente e attento a tutto, sopratutto la signora che ci ha servito è stata gentilissima , molto professionale e nonostante la mascherina sempre sorridente. I piatti semplicemente fantastici, prezzi al di sopra della media ma ci stanno tutti per una cena come quella da Regallo. Tutti piatti di alta qualità, almeno una volta nella vita vi consiglio di andare a provarlo, non ve ne pentirete.

Staff in the room welcoming and attentive to everything, especially the lady who served us was very kind, very professional and despite the mask always smiling. The dishes are simply fantastic, prices above the average but they are all there for a dinner like the one at Regallo. All high quality dishes, at least once in your life I recommend you go and try it, you will not regret it.

Cena per il compleanno di mia moglie organizzata alla perfezione con tanto di fiori sul tavolo e consegna del regalo assieme al dolce. Tutto come richiesto. Personale sempre al top per cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità. Ambiente sobrio, elegante e d’atmosfera senza essere troppo oppressivo come in altri locali di questo genere. Qualità delle materie prime e cura della cucina, indiscutibili con prezzi in linea con la qualità proposta. Un piccolo paradiso nel biellese. Leggere recensioni negative francamente mi fa sorridere. Bravi ragazzi continuate così. Ci vediamo presto.
It is not the first time that I pass by this fantastic restaurant. Dinner for my wife's birthday perfectly organized with a lot of flowers on the table and delivery of the gift along with the dessert. All as required. Staff always at the top for courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Sober, elegant and atmospheric environment without being too oppressive as in other places of this kind. Quality of raw materials and care of the kitchen, indisputable with prices in line with the proposed quality. A little paradise in the Biella area. Reading negative reviews frankly makes me smile. Good guys keep it up. See you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ieri a pranzo con mia moglie e il nostro bimbo di 5 anni e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Il posto è curato nei minimi dettagli . Il cibo ed il servizio sono eccellenti. Elia è super!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!
I was yesterday for lunch with my wife and our 5 year old and we really enjoyed it. The place is studied in detail. The food and the service are excellent. Elia is super !! We will definitely be back !!

La cuisine est résolument moderne et recherchée. Belle esthétique des plats.
Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. Carte orientée poissons et fruits de mer.
Portions généreuses pour ce type d'établissement ce qui permet aux gourmands comme moi de savourer pleinement leurs plats.
Carte des vins bien fournie en flacons à petit prix.

Restaurant installed in a former spinning mill overlooking the river. Clean and elegant decor. Very nice dishes and efficient and very pleasant staff, speaking French to compensate for our lack of Italian.
The cuisine is resolutely modern and sophisticated. Beautiful aesthetics of the dishes.
The flavors are there. Fish and seafood oriented menu.
Generous portions for this type of establishment, which allows gourmets like me to fully savor their dishes.
Wine list well supplied in bottles at low price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho sempre desiderato provare questo ristorante E finalmente mi sono deciso a farlo è stata la scelta migliore che io abbia mai fatto vi assicuro che mangiare qui è un'esperienza differente dal solito ristorante a cui si può essere normalmente abituati si viene Coccolati e serviti da un personale altamente competente e gustare ogni piatto è un'esperienza unica un percorso fatto dal aperitivo di benvenuto al dolce se poi avete anche la fortuna di poter avere lo chef del locale che vi spiega tutto il percorso è la filosofia che c'è dietro ogni singolo piatto vi assicuro che vi godrete la cena in un modo totalmente diverso i prodotti sono di altissima qualità e sono cucinati impiattati E presentati con una maestria eccezionale

L'ambiente elegante, reso ancor più rilassante dallo scroscio continuo del torrente adiacente, accompagna perfettamente i piatti geniali e il servizio impeccabile di uno staff preparatissimo, gentile e cordiale.
Ogni portata sprigiona passione e massima attenzione ai dettagli, che in fondo - si sa - sono il vero mix che rende tutto migliore.
