★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato questo ristorante negli anni 90 in occasione di numerosi incontri di lavoro, conservandone un ottimo ricordo, confermato oggi, a seguito di un pranzo davvero ottimo per preparazione, qualità e sapore dei piatti consumati: dai primi ai dolci, questi ultimi piccole opere d'arte.
Quintilio è in grado di soddisfare i palati più raffinati, anche per quanto riguarda i vini, a fronte una carta ricca e pregiata che non esclude prodotti alla portata dei più.
Il prezzo non può dirsi economico, ma è trasparente, fino dalla presentazione del menù sul sito web, e commisurato alla qualità dei piatti.
 I attended this restaurant in the 90s on the occasion of numerous business meetings, keeping an excellent memory of it, confirmed today, following a truly excellent lunch for the preparation, quality and flavor of the dishes consumed: from first courses to desserts, the latter small works of art. Quintilio is able to satisfy the most refined palates, also with regard to wines, against a rich and precious card that does not exclude products within the reach of most.
The price cannot be said to be cheap, but it is transparent, right from the presentation of the menu on the website, and commensurate with the quality of the dishes.
