★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pranzo domenicale... di passaggio, senza prenotare quindi, diretti verso casa. Interessante Sorpresa. Primo piatto a testa, un secondo e un dolce. Tutto Buono. Per essere pignoli forse la sala non ha un ottimo ricambio d'aria e si sentiva un po' la mancanza di ricircolo d'aria... ma magari eravamo solo noi 2 ad avere questa sensazione. Comunque il piatto di tagliatelle "fuori menù" era veramente ottimo.
 Sunday lunch ... passing through, without booking, therefore, headed home. Interesting Surprise. First course each, a second course and a dessert. All good. To be picky maybe the room does not have an excellent air exchange and there was a little lack of air circulation ... but maybe it was just the 2 of us who had this feeling. However, the "off menu" tagliatelle dish was really excellent.

Great Sunday lunch. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, typical cuisine with excellent quality raw materials, excellent venison stew. Average price.

Due primi: ravioli di trota con crema di zucchine e zafferano e spatzle di zucca con radicchio e formaggio (ottimi e fatti in casa!)
Per finire dolci super buoni: tiramisù e strudel.
Personale super gentile..consigliato!
Very good place! We took an appetizer to divide: carne salada .. very good !!
Two first courses: trout ravioli with courgette and saffron cream and pumpkin spatzle with radicchio and cheese (excellent and homemade!)
To finish super good desserts: tiramisu and strudel.
Super friendly staff..recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto da provare assolutamente. Stanco dei soliti locali in centro di Folgaria, tutti ammassati e cn prezzi non commisurati alla qualitá, oggi abbiamo deciso di spostarci x provare questo locale.
Appena entrati siamo stati ben accolti e ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo cn una visuale pazzesca. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza e della carne salada e devo dire che entrambi veramente eccellenti. Buono il vino della casa e la cordialitâ dei camerieri.
Nel complesso esperienza ottima, sicuramente da consigliare.
Sono molto critico quando vado nei locali, ma veramente 10 a 1 tra Rosspach e la sommatoria dei locali del centro di folgaria.
Must try place. Tired of the usual clubs in the center of Folgaria, all crowded and with prices not commensurate with the quality, today we decided to move to try this place.
As soon as we entered we were welcomed and made us sit at the table with a crazy view. We ordered pizza and carne salada and I must say both really excellent. Good house wine and the friendliness of the waiters.
Overall great experience, definitely to be recommended.
I am very critical when I go to the clubs, but really 10 to 1 between Rosspach and the sum of the rooms in the center of Folgaria.
