F	Francesco Bosco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato alla nuova gestione della Trave ieri sera, ho coinvolto alcuni amici per provare la loro pizza.... che a detta di molti doveva essere buona, invece per nostra grande sorpresa, siamo stati sconvolti in qualsiasi portata ci hanno fatto gustare, a partire dalle meravigliose bruschette (omaggio della casa), a seguire con il mix di antipastini caldi, (non avevo mai mangiato pannelle fresche così buone e non avevo mai visto delle patatite e crocchette così dorate), subito è arrivata la pizza,(ho scelto la fantasia del pizzaiolo) con funghi porcini, pancetta, salsiccia con finecchietto, mozzarella e pomodoro (tutti ingredienti super freschissimi), credetemi è stata una vera delizia per il palato! Il personale molto professionale ci ha consigliato un ottimo vino delle cantine Paolini che si abbinava alla perfezione a tutta la nostra cena.... infine (sempre come omaggio) ci hanno portato una pizza dolce fatta con zucchero di canna sciolto in forno e caramellato..... (mai mangiato niente di simile!!!!) che dire? dopo aver sentito che ci hanno offerto pure caffè e grappa non ho parole da aggiungere!!!! Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.... DAVVERO COMPLIMENTI!!!! COSI' DI GESTISCONO I LOCALI!!!! QUALITA'-PREZZO OTTIMI!!!! PROVARE PER CREDERE!!!! I went to the new Trave management last night, I involved some friends to try their pizza .... which according to many had to be good, but to our great surprise, we were upset at whatever course they made us taste, to starting from the wonderful bruschettas (a gift of the house), followed by the mix of hot appetizers (I had never eaten fresh pancakes so good and I had never seen potato chips and croquettes so golden), the pizza arrived immediately (I chose the imagination of the pizza maker) with porcini mushrooms, bacon, sausage with finecchietto, mozzarella and tomato (all super fresh ingredients), believe me it was a real delight for the palate! The very professional staff recommended a great wine from the Paolini wineries that perfectly matched our entire dinner .... finally (always as a tribute) they brought us a sweet pizza made with brown sugar melted in the oven and caramelized. .... (never ate anything like that !!!!) what to say? after hearing that they also offered coffee and grappa, I have no words to add !!!! I can't wait to go back .... REALLY COMPLIMENTS !!!! SO THEY MANAGE THE PREMISES !!!! QUALITY - BEST PRICE !!!! SEEING IS BELIEVING!!!!

Pizze non buone sia per l'impasto che per il condimento.. Camerieri che non ricordavano quale pizza stavano portando. Da non ripetere. Bad service, pizzas served in dribs and drabs, eaten at the same table after hours of each other. Pizzas not good both for the dough and for the dressing .. Waiters who didn't remember which pizza they were bringing. Not to be repeated.

Per il cenone di capodanno gli sono finite le portate del menu proposto e si sono inventati un primo immangiabile e udite udite il secondo ed il resto ci è stato servito dopo il brindisi dell'anno nuovo, inoltre avrei tanto da dire sulla qualità ma avete già capito cosa intendo, rimane da dire solo che ho sprecato tanto denaro che avrei potuto donare in beneficenza. Peccato, questo locale ha cambiato tente gestioni e nessuno si è mai distinto per la qualità. Vi auguro che in questo 2020 possiate migliorarvi ...... Il cameriere incompetente girava con le pizze e neanche sapeva dove andare, facendo avanti e indietro senza un motivo. Le pizze erano ottime. Sul servizio ci vuole più competenza e personale. L'impressione è negativa We were a sports group of about 80 people, the table where I was sitting we started eating around midnight (with the appetizer). The incompetent waiter went around with the pizzas and didn't even know where to go, going back and forth for no reason. The pizzas were excellent. On the service it takes more competence and staff.
