G	Giuseppe Romeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovandomi a Cosenza mi sono incontrato con un mio carissimo ex collega di lavoro e caro amico, che ha voluto invitarmi a cena ed è stata una buonissima sorpresa . I proprietari Francesco in sala e la moglie in cucina sono fantastici. Piatti semplici ma gustosissimi cucinati con molti prodotti del loro orto e salumi di maiale nero allevati da loro. Il vero kilometro zero. Il posto è in località Luppano, qualche kilometro sopra Cosenza. Per chi ama la cucina casereccia vale la pena farsi una gustosissima passeggiata. Finding myself in Cosenza I met with my dear former colleague and dear friend, who wanted to invite me to dinner and it was a very good surprise. The owners Francesco in the dining room and his wife in the kitchen are fantastic. Simple but very tasty dishes cooked with many products from their garden and black pork salami bred by them. The real kilometer zero. The place is in the Luppano area, a few kilometers above Cosenza. For those who love home cooking it is worth taking a tasty walk.

Una decina di tavoli di cui alcuni da 8-10 persone. Il proprietario ci ha accolti con grande simpatia e ci ha proposto una serie di piatti senza ordinazione: - salumi e formaggi locali (salsiccia e capocollo locali da provare) - polpette - zucchine in pastella - patate e peperoni in padella (patate 'mbacchiuse) - cime di rapa - pasta fresca al sugo alla Silana - costine di maiale al sugo - frutta di stagione - bignè alla crema e fichi artigianali come dolci Il tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino rosso sfuso della casa e concluso con un buon amaro artigianale (finocchietto). Per i locali sono piatti di ordinaria amministrazione, mentre per i forestieri sono prelibatezze da provare assolutamente!! Prezzi molto bassi e cibi molto saporiti. CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. A nemmeno venti minuti dalla cittá di Cosenza. Family-run trattoria located on the outskirts of Lappano, a small village on the hills between the city of Cosenza and the Sila. Ample outdoor parking. A dozen tables of which some for 8-10 people. The owner greeted us with great sympathy and offered us a number of dishes without ordering: - local cold cuts and cheeses (local sausage and capocollo to try) - meatballs - zucchini in batter - pan-fried potatoes and peppers (mbacchiuse potatoes) - turnip tops - fresh pasta with sauce Silana - pork ribs with sauce - seasonal fruit - cream puffs and artisan figs as sweets All it accompanied by great bulk of house red wine and ended with a bitter good homemade (fennel). For the locals they are ordinary dishes, while for strangers they are delicacies to try absolutely! Very low prices and very tasty food. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not even twenty minutes from the city of Cosenza.
