Quando si vuole fare bella figura con persone non del luogo consiglio di trovarsi a mangiare da Pirino! il menu ristorante è fenomenale, prodotti freschi e buonissimi, superconsigliato passarci in periodo funghi, i porcini fritti sono speciali oltre che tutta la pasta all'uovo ripiena fatta a mano. La pizza è fantastica, lo staff molto gentile, veloce e disponibile, A presto!! A warranty! Tortelli al ragù: ripieni con formaggio di capra che davano sapore acidulo al piatto completo. Costolette di agnello con patate al forno: la carne aveva un sapore strano come se fosse del giorno prima, le patate erano crude. Un altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta per niente il personale in cucina senza guanti mascherina e bandana/cappello per coprire la testa da eventuali capelli o batteri nel piatto( l HACCP non è di casa a quanto pare) Di sicuro non tornerò più dal mec Donald si mangia meglio p.s.: il caffè è bruciato . Another thing I didn't like at all was the staff in the kitchen without gloves, mask and bandana / hat to cover the head from any hair or bacteria on the plate (HACCP is not at home apparently) For sure I will never go back to the mec Donald you eat better p.s .: the coffee is burnt.

Per risolvere affermativamente tutti e tre questi quesiti basta recarsi presso Ristorante Pizzeria Pirino, presso bagni di Romagna. Una vera e propria carrellata per immergersi nelle fosse, per tuffarsi in cascate di porcini e tartufo, e in splendidi sughi a base di cinghiale e polenta. Connubio sapiente tra tradizione culinaria delle zone a cavallo tra la romagna e la toscana, tutto ben condito da qualche buon piatto da montagna. Crostini misti con porcini e tartufo, porcini fritti, coccola al tartufo(sublime preparazione tipica di questo locale, imperdibile!), tortelli di patate con tartufo, cappelletti pasticciati, tagliata di manzo, cinghiale in umido con polenta fritta, persino la grappa ai porcini...veramente il top. Notevole il colpo d'occhio offerto dalla terrazza del locale. Personale in sala attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Se ti piace mangiare e ciò ti rende felice venire in questo locale ne vale la pena. Ottimi crostini ai funghi, primi come tagliatelle ai porcini e al tartufo molto buoni con pasta fatta in casa. Funghi fritti una bomba, così come le costolette d'agnello ottime. Vino sfuso di Montalcino buono. Pecca un po' la carne direi discreta. Prezzi nella norma. Un tre una novantina di euro. Personale gentile e servizio veloce. Good restaurant / trattoria where mushrooms are the host. Excellent crostini with mushrooms, first courses such as tagliatelle with porcini and truffles, very good with homemade pasta. Fried mushrooms a bomb, as well as excellent lamb chops. Good Montalcino bulk wine. The meat is a bit flawed, I would say discreet. Prices in the norm. A three for about ninety euros. Friendly staff and fast service.

Quello che vince sicuramente e' la pizza....impasto friabile asciutto, non salato ...ingredienti freschi e abbondanti! Porcini al TOP fanno da padrone sulla pizza!!! Pizze di grandi dimensioni che rimangono leggere e sono cotte alla perfezione! Ottima qualità per un prezzo medio basso! I give 5 stars for the goodness of the pizza! Clean and classic place without many flakes! The one that definitely wins is the pizza .... dry crumbly dough, not salty ... fresh and abundant ingredients! Porcini at the TOP are the masters on pizza !!! Large pizzas that stay light and are cooked to perfection! Great quality for a low average price!
