Antipasto casereccio volutamente contenuto per gustare al meglio i funghi appena raccolti!! Assaggi di primi (risotto e tagliatelle spettacolari), scaloppine ai funghi porcini e trionfo di funghi arrosto e fritti!! Il mitico salature (pomodori verdi alla mazzara e poi un assaggio anche fritto). Un salto nel passato con i sapori di casa dei nostri nonni!! Ritorneremo di sicuro!! Kindness and sympathy !! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, ambiente informale, quasi come sentirsi a casa, allietato da personale molto gentile e cordiale. Inaspettate e piacevolmente gustate le caldarroste a fine pasto. Ottimi i digestivi offerti dal proprietario, come finocchietto e menta fatti in casa da lui. Sicuramente un posto dove ritornare Amazing and abundant mushroom-based menu, but also for those who do not like mushrooms the dishes on offer are excellent. Antipasti locali buonissimi ,lasagnette ai funghi porcini magnifiche e le più gustose della zona. Ottimo amaro al finocchietto e il sig. Pierino ci ha offerto delle castagne arrostite buonissime come appena raccolte. Merita il Valpolicella che gli abbiamo promesso. Family-run trattoria. Informal restaurant but the cuisine gives 100 and praise. Very good local appetizers, magnificent porcini mushroom lasagna and the tastiest in the area. Excellent bitter with fennel and Mr. Pierino offered us some very good roasted chestnuts as if they had just been picked. He deserves the Valpolicella we promised him.
R	Roberto Piterà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di un anno siamo tornati in questo posto dove Pierino e i suoi familiari ci hanno accolto come forse solo in Calabria… Si ricordavano di noi, perché qui la gente si guarda ancora in faccia… Si ricordavano della mia barba e di quella strana coppia che non mangiava la carne. Tutto come un anno fa, materie prime rigorosamente locali, trattate con amore da mani esperte, tutto per regalare una esperienza indimenticabile. Consigliatissimi i funghi e le verdure, anche se, a guardare il resto, secondo me si casca benissimo anche su primi e secondi. A year later we returned to this place where Pierino and his family welcomed us as perhaps only in Calabria ... They remembered us, because here people still look at each other ... They remembered my beard and that strange couple who didn't eat meat. All like a year ago, strictly local raw materials, treated with love by expert hands, all to give an unforgettable experience. Mushrooms and vegetables are highly recommended, even if, looking at the rest, in my opinion it falls very well even on first and second courses.

Squisito amaro al finocchietto fatto in casa e castagne (in luglio!!!) come appena colte. Il signor Pierino è molto più che accogliente, e sa consigliare non solo nel cibo ma anche nella scoperta del territorio: prima della cena ci ha accompagnato a vedere il castagno di 400 anni che solo i locali conoscono. Accoglienza cordiale, antipasto ricco e genuino, con prodotti locali e fatti in casa, 2 assaggi di risotto e tagliatelle ai porcini, patate fritto e funghi e infine, i liquori fatti in casa: finocchietto, melograno, mandarino, menta. Tutto ok. Infine, il proprietario Pierino, ci ha parlato di un castagnocdi 400 anni e ci ha accompagnati a vederlo. Fantastico, peccato che nonostante sia nella riserva di proprietà della Regione Calabria, non sia apprezzato e tutta la zona ben curata. Unico.
