M	Massimo Consorti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina con la famiglia decidiamo di andare a fare una passeggiata verso il mare..destinazione Nettuno..e dato il traffico sulla pontina si decide di pranzare ...ed ecco che cercando su Google mi appare Marechiaro..dalle foto e recensioni mi sembra buono...chiamo e prenoto un tavolo per 4...be devo dire che il locale è molto curato..il posto immerso nel verde..e i proprietari di un accoglienza unica..cosa non da poco...prendiamo antipasti di mare..che solo a ripensarci mi viene l'acquolina in bocca...poi dei primi tra cui i tagliolini allo scoglio... e paccheri calmaretti bottarga e scorze di arancia ...qualcosa di divino..sapore di mare..infinito..e poi un arrosto misto di pesce che credetemi aveva un sapore di pesce freschissimo e cucinato magnificamente.. per finire sorbetto al limone delizioso e caffè anche quello di prestigio..con limoncello di Amalfi offerto dal cameriere ..persona professionale e di una cortesia unica... .Dolce sinfondo il titolare dato che mia madre aveva visto impastare la pizza per la sera.. hanno anche il forno a legna..ha voluto omaggiarla della pasta lievita pronta da stendere..e devo dire che fra poco mi sembrerà di essere ancora lì (mangiando la loro pizza) come stessi in famiglia...si perché ti fanno sentire a tuo agio come li avessi conosciuti chi sa da quanto tempo. This morning with the family we decide to go for a walk towards the sea..destination Neptune..and given the traffic on the Pontine we decide to have lunch ... and here, looking on Google, Marechiaro appears to me..from the photos and reviews it seems to me good ... I call and book a table for 4 ... well I must say that the place is very nice .. the place surrounded by greenery .. and the owners of a unique welcome .. not a small thing ... we take appetizers of sea .. that just thinking about it makes my mouth water ... then the first courses including tagliolini allo scoglio ... and paccheri calmaretti bottarga and orange peel ... something divine .. taste of the sea .. infinity .. and then a mixed roast of fish that believe me tasted of very fresh fish and cooked beautifully .. to finish delicious lemon sorbet and coffee also the prestige one .. with limoncello di Amalfi offered by the waiter .. professional person and a unique courtesy ... .Sweet sympathy the owner since my mother had saw kneading the pizza for the evening .. they also have a wood oven .. he wanted to pay homage to the yeast dough ready to roll out .. and I must say that soon it will seem to me to be still there (eating their pizza) as if I were in the family ... yes because they make you feel at ease as if you had known them who knows how long. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti di mare a parte il prezzo 18 euro per 7 portate...2 calamaretti duri secchi a persona 4 cozze a persona il resto tutto salato o prodotti suggellati!! Primo uno salatissimo secondo sbagliato a pieno di olio! Abbiamo parlato con la cameriera di questi problemi e consequenza mi aspettavo almeno le scuse dall proprietario..ma nulla.Credo che una città di mare non si può trovare un ristorante così che non sa cucinare il pesce.Esperienza molto negativa. Bad experience! We ordered two seafood appetizers apart from the price 18 euros for 7 courses ... 2 dry hard squid per person 4 mussels per person the rest all salty or sealed products !! First one very salty second wrong full of oil! We talked to the waitress about these problems and consequently I was expecting at least an apology from the owner .. but nothing. I think that a seaside town cannot find a restaurant that does not know how to cook fish. Very bad experience.

Abbiamo mangiato un meraviglioso antipasto a base di pesce per poi proseguire con un indimenticabile risotto scampi e agrumi e dei paccheri calamaretti e bottarga. Abbiamo finito con dei dolci spettacolari di Amalfi. L'atmosfera in terrazza è stupenda e lo staff ti fa sentire a casa. Veramente squisito. Saturday evening dinner. We ate a wonderful fish-based appetizer and then continued with an unforgettable risotto with scampi and citrus fruits and paccheri with squid and bottarga. We ended up with some spectacular sweets from Amalfi. The atmosphere on the terrace is wonderful and the staff make you feel at home. Really exquisite.

L' antipasto mare chiaro col prezzo di 16 euro è assolutamente commisurato alla qualità del Gamberone è superbo. L'abbinamento di pesce e scorze di agrumi esalta la freschezza del pesce e rende i piatti da vero gourmet. Gli scalatielli ai gamberi rossi di Sicilia sono realizzati in casa.... e si sente il sapore della Sicilia. La carne tenerissima è cotta alla perfezione per la cottura media. La grigliata di pesce cotta in modo da lasciare il calamaro tenerissimo e la spigola perfettamente stilettata. I dolci deliziosi.e il limoncello fatto in casa... che sgrassa...
