★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scoprire questo posto è stato una bella sorpresa. Si mangia benissimo, menù ricco e vario fino alla selvaggina. Luogo bellissimo e curato per eventi di ogni genere. Ma soprattutto prezzi bassi rispetto alla qualità offerta.
Discovering this place was a nice surprise. You eat very well, rich and varied menu up to game. Beautiful and well-kept place for events of all kinds. But above all, low prices compared to the quality offered.

Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 13 persone, alle 20.30 siamo arrivati, per le 21 abbiamo ordinato tutti, poi il delirio.
4/5 persone che avevano ordinato le pizze hanno mangiato dopo più di un'ora di attesa (fortunati loro), l'antipasto è stato servito dopo la pizza (forse non è ben chiaro il concetto di antipasto).
Il resto delle persone al tavolo, si sono viste servire l'antipasto alle 22.30.
Dopo aver consumato, il cameriere libera il tavolo dai piatti sporchi dall'antipasto e, con nonchalance, poggia le posate sporche sul tovagliolo invece di sostituirle. Posate che verranno poi usate dopo un'altra ora di attesa, quando finalmente arrivano le ordinazioni (con due piatti destinati ad altro tavolo e subito ritirati). Ma non è finita qui, perché una persona viene servita a mezzanotte con una portata diversa da quella ordinata, piatto ovviamente mandato indietro.
Questo disordine in sala non mi fa ben sperare per la cucina.
Il personale, e la proprietaria in primis, davanti alle nostre motivate, ma discrete ed educate rimostranze, si è rivolta con fare arrogante ed indisponente. Complimenti davvero, avranno un futuro certo.
Insomma se volete andare per cenare vi consiglio le 13, altrimenti andate alle 20.30 per la colazione del giorno dopo.
Nonostante tutto, abbiamo lasciato 20€ di mancia nel caso titolari e camerieri decidessero di investire in un corso di bon ton.
Unforgettable evening
We booked a table for 13 people, at 20.30 we arrived, for 21 we all ordered, then the delirium.
4/5 people who had ordered the pizzas ate after more than an hour of waiting (lucky them), the appetizer was served after the pizza (perhaps the concept of an appetizer is not clear).
The rest of the people at the table were served the appetizer at 10.30pm.
After consuming, the waiter clears the table of dirty plates from the appetizer and, nonchalantly, places the dirty cutlery on the napkin instead of replacing it. Cutlery that will then be used after another hour of waiting, when the orders finally arrive (with two plates destined for another table and immediately collected). But that's not all, because a person is served at midnight with a different course from the one ordered, a dish obviously sent back.
This clutter in the dining room does not give me hope for the kitchen.
The staff, and the owner first and foremost, in front of our motivated, but discreet and polite grievances, turned in an arrogant and irritating manner. Congratulations indeed, they will have a certain future.
In short, if you want to go for dinner I recommend 1pm, otherwise go at 8.30pm for breakfast the next day.
Despite everything, we left a € 20 tip in case the owners and waiters decided to invest in a bon ton course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che vado alla Locanda Laureta e ogni volta vado via davvero soddisfatta di tutto, cibo ottimo, locale davvero molto accogliente, pulito e il personale al ?? sempre disponibile, gentile in tutto. Consiglio davvero di provare per vedere con i propri occhi.
I have been going to Locanda Laureta for years and every time I leave really satisfied with everything, excellent food, very welcoming place, clean and the staff at always available, kind in everything. I really recommend trying to see for yourself.

Aspettative da ristorante stellato, quando trattasi di Locanda, ebbene sì e una Locanda immersa nella splendida cornice di Castel di Sasso, condotta a carattere familiare e devo dire con tanta passione e professionalità.
Consiglio vivamente la
Carbonara , in verità tutti i primi sono di ottima fattura e di ampia portata.
Nel complesso, qualità prezzo molto sopra la media infatti il mio giudizio è ampiamente soddisfacente e pertanto lo consiglio caldamente

Expectations of a starred restaurant, when it comes to an Inn, yes it is an Inn immersed in the splendid setting of Castel di Sasso, run by a family and I must say with a lot of passion and professionalism.
I highly recommend the
Carbonara, in truth all the first courses are of excellent workmanship and far-reaching.
Overall, very above average price quality, in fact my opinion is highly satisfactory and therefore I highly recommend it
