Ottimi gli antipasti molto ricercati nella materia prima e negli accostamenti di sapori. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Unico appunto i tempi un po' lunghi per chi ha intenzione di mangiare solo pizza. Excellent pizza, Lorenzo offers alternative doughs with stone ground flour, cereals and more. Per quel che concerne la sezione pizza, beh, che dire: la miglior pizza bitontina, oserei. Curata nell'impasto, di una leggerezza strabiliante, nella composizione e nella scelta degli ingredienti.
