★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da buona cittadina della Campania arrivata a Firenze ho deciso di provare se facessero una buona pizza e con piacevole sorpresa ho trovato questa pizzeria un pochino piccola e con un nome un tantino intrigante.....sono stata accolta da un signore presumibilmente il titolare che è stato ironicamente brusco ma con lo sguardo tipico del burlone. Come dicevo il locale un tantino piccolo ma strutturato in modo che una volta seduto al tavolo si ha la sensazione che il locale si ampio e non opprimente, complimenti .
Il primo segno positivo è che quando ho ordinato la pizza mi si chiede la desidera alta o bassa?? Arriva poi un pizza quasi perfetta una lievitazione studiata un armonia di sapori....Complimenti al pizzaiolo non è né semplice né facile ottenere un cosi buona pizza. La consiglio a quelli che come me trovandosi fuori dalla patria della pizza ne vogliono mangiare un quasi perfetta.
 As a good town in Campania I arrived in Florence I decided to try if they made a good pizza and with a pleasant surprise I found this pizzeria a little small and with a slightly intriguing name ..... I was welcomed by a gentleman presumably the owner who he was ironically abrupt but with the typical joker's look. As I said, the place is a little small but structured in such a way that once seated at the table you have the feeling that the place is large and not oppressive, congratulations.
The first positive sign is that when I ordered the pizza I ask for it high or low? Then comes an almost perfect pizza, a leavening studied a harmony of flavors .... Congratulations to the pizza chef, it is neither simple nor easy to obtain such a good pizza. I recommend it to those like me who, being outside the homeland of pizza, want to eat an almost perfect one.
