★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo sperimentato anni fa questo ristorante e avevo mangiato bene locale tranquillo e ben organizzato
Ma ieri sera ho avuto una brutta impressione
Locale si bello grande spazioso ma con pecche molto evidenti sia dal lato organizzativo dei tempi di attesa a quelli del servizio .
Eravamo 9 persone e avevamo prenotato un giro di pizza, cioè un'assaggio delle loro pizze speciali. I
niziamo dai gusti delle pizze praticamente mono gusto funghi, peperoni e zucchine ,hanno portato credo 6 pizze già tagliate giustamente per farle assaggiare a tutti i commensali ; tempi di attesa tra una pizza e l altra di 10 /20 minuti quindi la cosa si è prolungata ma questo può anche andar bene se sei in buona compagnia.
Come impasto la pizza non era niente di speciale o bruciata o cruda decorazioni tirate alla vala' che vai bene il personale molto ristretto e inesperto per la marea di gente per non tirarla troppo alla lunga credo che non ci tornerò più

Buona la pizza (ho provato la doppio impasto, soffice e non pesante), gustosi anche i dolci che sono presentati con molta cura.
Prezzi contenuti, con possibilità di avere un "menù del giorno" a prezzo fisso.
Personale cortese e disponibile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo consiglierei per il cibo, piatti proporzionati al prezzo e buoni ma, Non consiglio a nessuno di cenare al ristorante, la gestione delle sale è stata più che carente, abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti solo per il bere, hanno dato i menù ad una tavola che è arrivata qualche minuto dopo di noi ( forse perché più vicina alla porta di ingresso nella sala ) dandogli così anche la precedenza sull'ordinazione. Per finire sale grandi e molto rumorose per parlare con chi hai al tavolo devi praticamente urlare e se siete in una tavolata grande non parlerete mai con chi avete più distante da voi. Per i gestori: la qualità della sala e del servizio sono importanti quanto la qualità del cibo. Se non riuscite a gestire così tanta gente anche se avete gli spazi per tenere tante persone cercate di riempire meno e curare di più i clienti. Non tornerò ( ma l asporto probabilmente si )
