M	M “Mole” C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girovagando nello stupendo entroterra marchigiano nella provincia di Macerata vicino ai monti Sibillini abbiamo raggiunto il bellissimo lago artificiale di Fiastra. Nel cercare un ristorante informale e in zona , guardando Google maps ,focalizzato sui ristoranti, abbiamo trovato il "Ristorante Pizzeria f.lli Polverini". Ci siamo recati alle 12.30 circa e vi erano in quel momento pochi avventori (all'esterno solo 4 tavoli occupati compreso il nostro). Per le vicissitudini del sisma si può mangiare all'interno (un grande container con aria condizionata) oppure in un lungo tendone aperto con tavoli ben distanziati. Personale gentile e veloce nelľordinazione. Abbiamo preso il tipico antipasto misto di salumi (locali) e formaggi (quello stagionato ottimo) e a seguire due primi "Ravioli al sugo rosso e funghi" e "Tortelloni al ragù". Piatti ottimi ,entrambe ed in sintonia con il ristorante. Poi un secondo (indicato da altri avventori come ottimo piatto) con contorno di insalata mista. Il nome della seconda portata è "Cinghialetto alle erbe" uno spezzatino di cinghiale ben frollato e senza retrogusti di selvatico che a non tutti può piacere, un sapore e una morbidezza della carne rara, capisco perché consigliato. La foto del "Cinghialetto alle erbe" è stata scattata dopo il primo assaggio e la golosità ha preso il sopravvento per cui della porzione originaria una parte era già sparita !. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto assaggiare i dolci ma in un futuro tornando sappiamo dove andare e provare altre pietanze. Consigliato anche per la gestione, veloce e disponibile. SOLO UNA PRECISAZIONE: I piatti a base di tartufo non sono più prodotti ma anche se il tartufo è una prelibatezza indiscussa non vi mancherà comunque troppo vista la bontà degli altri piatti. Buona appetizione nel cibo a tutti !!!. Wandering in the beautiful hinterland of the Marche in the province of Macerata near the Sibillini mountains we reached the beautiful artificial lake of Fiastra. In looking for an informal restaurant in the area, looking at Google maps, focused on restaurants, we found the "Ristorante Pizzeria f.lli Polverini". We went at about 12.30 and there were few customers at that time (outside only 4 tables occupied including ours). Due to the vicissitudes of the earthquake, you can eat inside (a large container with air conditioning) or in a long open awning with well-spaced tables. Friendly and quick ordering staff. We took the typical mixed antipasto of cold cuts (local) and cheeses (the best seasoned one) and to follow two first courses "Ravioli with red sauce and mushrooms" and "Tortelloni with meat sauce". Excellent dishes, both and in tune with the restaurant. Then a second course (indicated by other patrons as an excellent dish) with a side dish of mixed salad. The name of the second course is "Wild boar with herbs", a stew of wild boar well aged and without wild aftertaste that not everyone can like, a rare flavor and softness of the meat, I understand why it is recommended. The photo of the "Wild boar with herbs" was taken after the first taste and the gluttony took over so that part of the original portion had already disappeared!. Unfortunately we could not taste the desserts but in the future we know where to go back and try other dishes. Also recommended for management, fast and helpful. JUST A CLARIFICATION: The truffle-based dishes are no longer produced but even if the truffle is an undisputed delicacy you will not miss it too much given the goodness of the other dishes. Good appetite in food everyone !!!.
