★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provata ieri per la prima volta dopo aver sentito parlare del "ruoto", un metodo di cottura della pizza un po diverso che sfrutta un tegame per una cottura più omogenea, devo ammettere che la pizza mi è piaciuta davvero molto, quasi la preferisco alla cottura classica, soffice, ben cotta, davvero sublime. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Non mangiavo una pizza così da anni.
Ora vi spiego.
Sono andato a mangiare sabato sera con 7 amici.
Abbiamo ordinato come antipasto delle frittatine e
delle bruschette e fin qui, bene o male, tutto
nella norma.
Il film horror è cominciato proprio con le pizze, 7 pizze diverse tutte crude, tutte! Chi un po' più cruda chi meno ma nessuna all'altezza di essere chiamata pizza.
Per non far tornare tutte e 7 le pizze indietro le
abbiamo mangiate per fame.
Ho fatto notare il tutto al cameriere che dispiaciuto
ci ha offerto 3 dolci e delle chiacchiere.
Valutazione.
- Antipasto : voto 6 e mezzo
- Pizza : voto 3
- Dolce : voto 6
- Location : voto 6
- Servizio : 5 e mezzo (siamo entrati alle 21.30 e siamo usciti dopo mezzanotte. Servizio lento.
- Conto.
Qui ci sono delle considerazioni da fare :
abbiamo pagato 102 euro e se devo considerare il
rapporto qualità prezzo voto 3 essendo state le
pizze tutte al limite del commestibile. Se invece le pizze fossero state buone sarebbe stato un conto più che adeguato (6 e mezzo ipotetico).
Conclusione.
Deluso e da non ritornarci.
Vi auguro di migliorare.

I haven't eaten such a pizza in years.
Now I'll explain.
I went to eat on Saturday night with 7 friends.
We ordered omelettes as a starter and
bruschetta and so far, for better or worse, everything
in the norm.
The horror film started with pizzas, 7 different pizzas all raw, all of them! Some a little more raw, some less but none at the height of being called pizza.
Not to make all 7 pizzas go back
we ate for hunger.
I pointed this out to the waiter who was sorry
he offered us 3 sweets and some chat.
Assessment.
- Appetizer: vote 6 and a half
- Pizza: vote 3
- Dessert: vote 6
- Location: vote 6
- Service: 5.30 (we entered at 9.30 and left after midnight. Slow service.
- I count.
Here are some considerations to make:
we paid 102 euros and if I have to consider the
value for money rating 3 having been the
pizzas all bordering on edible. If, on the other hand, the pizzas had been good it would have been a more than adequate bill (hypothetical 6 and a half).
Conclusion.
Disappointed and not to go back.

2 margherite sabato sera ore 20. Entrambe non cotte bene, i cornicioni quasi crudi, quasi. In ogni caso la cottura non mi ha soddisfatto. Complessivamente pizza buona ma non eccelsa, poi se nella fase di cottura non si presta attenzione, 3 stelle ritengo sia il giusto riconoscimento.
Take-away pizza. I took
2 daisies Saturday evening at 20. Both not cooked well, the cornices almost raw, almost. In any case, the cooking did not satisfy me. Overall good pizza but not excellent, then if you do not pay attention during the cooking phase, 3 stars I think is the right recognition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frankly don't understand why people say this place isn't worth eating at.
For starters, it has a very cozy and nice looking interior, and the whole restaurant feels really nice - except for the a/c which drops some water every once in a while, but it's not really an issue.
All the personnel is polite and well-mannered, as well as professional looking, and are always there to help solve any doubt just about everything.
The menu has a nice array of things to try out and a lot of pizza variants; but that's not all: it is one of the few places I've found in the area certified by the AIC (Italian Celiac Disease Association). Here you can have almost everything you find on the menu in a gluten free - even lactose free! - variant, which tastes good and gives you a place where to spend time with your celiac and lactose intolerant friends.
Everything is good and at a reasonable price, so I would easily recommend it to everyone looking for a nice place to have a lovely dinner.
I will surely find you there!
