Abbiamo mangiato ottimo crudi, con il primo non ha lesinato di cozze e vongole. Secondo che non avevo mai mangiato prima. Davvero complimenti Flavors of another level. Fantastic welcome. Ottimi i crudi e l accostamento con la frutta, antipasti freddi e caldi molto particolari e curati anche nella presentazione, per il primo porzione abbondante, il dolce ha concluso la cena perfettamente!! Antipasto composto da alici marinate che sapevano solo di aceto, salmone affumicato secco, pesce spada che non sapeva di niente se non di patè di olive, crostino accettabile, insalata di mare di dubbia provenienza e fattezza. Di regola, le porzioni di pasta dovrebbero essere di 120 gr, se ne erano 60 vi sto venendo incontro. Gli spaghetti erano a dir poco scotti, il condimento era secco ed insipido, al contrario della pasta che era al quanto sapida. Il secondo era composto da degli spiedini di calamari che a me personalmente sono arrivati freddi, scotti con la panatura molliccia e bruciata mentre ad altri commensali sono arrivati persino crudi. Manco l'insalata siete stati capaci di condire. Vi ricordo che i condimenti vengono serviti a tavola, in modo che i vostri clienti possano insaporirla secondo i propri gusti. Io non mangio aceto, ho chiesto una seconda insalata senza, ma avete compensato la sua mancanza con il sale. Il vino aveva un retrogusto di aceto. Ringraziando il cielo, non mi sono azzardata a prendere il caffè, che solo all'odore, sapeva di bruciato. Ragazzi, i gruppi si puliscono bene con pennello e acqua della macchinetta. Ricordate ai camerieri CORTESEMENTE, che le vivande portate al tavolo si appoggiano e non si sbattono. Questa magnifica esperienza ci è costata 30 euro a persona. Per la stessa cifra, vi invito a mangiare sulla riviera del Conero, almeno imparate a cucinare. We went to this place today for lunch ... I prodotti sono di giornata e si sentono....dalla pizza ai piatti di pesce si percepisce subito la qualità dei prodotti...si fa' tanta strada per mangiare in posti dove c'è solo il nome....ma da Remo trovate una cucina e una cortesia ché in pochi posti potrete trovare.... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo... The Ristorante Pizzeria da Remo is a little out of the way ..... but once you try it you taste fresh and genuine flavors of our lands ... The products are of the day and you can feel it .... from pizza to fish dishes you can immediately perceive the quality of the products ... you go a long way to eat in places where there is only the name .... but from Remo you will find a kitchen and a courtesy that you can find in few places .... MENÙ: piatti innovativi con materie prime di qualità, grande varietà di antipasti peccato sia assente la carta dei vini. PREZZO: ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Not the usual fish restaurant. LOCATION: large and elegant rooms, well-kept garden. Easy parking. SERVICE: professional and attentive, friendly. MENU: innovative dishes with quality raw materials, great variety of appetizers, sin is absent from the wine list. PRICE: excellent value for money.
