★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È raro che recensisca giudizi bassi, anche perché rispetto il lavoro degli altri e per lo più credo nella buona volontà di chi opera ai fornelli o davanti a un forno per la pizza, ma in questo caso credo che ci sia una certa dose di improvvisazione e poca attitudine per la ristorazione. Abbiamo mangiato quattro pizze diverse e durante la notte quattro diversi apparati digerenti hanno accusato il colpo. Ingredienti e impasto di modesta qualità, tipologia della pizza né alla napoletana né alla romana, vale a dire né sottile e croccante né con il classico cornicione della tradizione.Cameriere gentile e locale ben collocato nel centro storico di Orbetello, arredato alla buona.

Io e la mia compagna stasera abbiamo optato per la pizza e vi giuro una pizza veramente ottima con la mozzarella quella vera non il filone che non sa di nulla ma il fiordilatte. Ho preso una vegetariana stracarica di verdure e vi ripeto la mozzarella era buonissima. La gestione è familiare nicco giovane proprietario è già un navigatissimo e professionista nel suo campo il papà persona eccezionale torneremo sicuramente
