★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall OK. The average rating is because the tomato sauce was abnormally sweet. They will probably say they choose the ripest and sweetest tomatoes, but it's obviously not the case. Maybe the cook had a heavy hand on sugar today and it's not usually the case. Impossible for me to say.
Note that they use 2 tomato sauces. The normal one (sweeter than you would expect) and a "premium" one made from datterino tomatoes. This one was nearly like caramel. This opinion was shared independently by the whole table.
But I have to say the dough was better than average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of if not the best pizza we’ve ever eaten. Was so good it almost made me cry from happiness ovedrose. Worth mentioning that if you wanna eat during the weekend you have to make reservation beforehand. We took our pizza and ate it at nearby stairs? Hope to come back to Noto some day, just to eat there again.

We came here 2 days in a row for dinner and both time we ordered an extra pizza cause one was simply not enough. Absolutely delicious! Keep it up guys, you are doing an incredible job! Owners and personnel are super qualified, prices absolutely in line (even low!) with the quality of the food and service provided. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to taste the real pizza!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This photo may not do it any justice. This is a must visit restaurant!!! Each and every one of these pizzas was to die for. However, I do recommend reserving a table because we were initially turned away due the the restaurant being fully booked.
