Se vi trovate a Barrafranca ( paese a due passi di Piazza Armerina), non perdetevi questo strepitoso ristorante.
Cucina semplice ma con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Non perdetevi i paccheri Zucchine e gamberi ( direi gamberi con paccheri data la quantità di pesce), per non parlare degli antipasti e dei secondi di carne.
Prezzi rapporto qualità eccellenti- anzi per la qualità offerta posso affermare che sono bassi.
Vi farà vedere il pesce fresco prima di cucinarlo.
Max gentilezza da parte del titolare e del cuoco ( moglie del titolare)

If you are in Barrafranca (a town a stone's throw from Piazza Armerina), don't miss this amazing restaurant.
Simple cuisine but with high quality ingredients. Do not miss the paccheri Zucchini and prawns (I would say prawns with paccheri given the quantity of fish), not to mention the appetizers and main courses of meat.
Excellent quality ratio prices - indeed for the quality offered I can say that they are low.
He will show you the fresh fish before cooking it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous nous sommes arrêtés sur la route entre la Villa Romana et Agrigente après 14h et nous avons pu manger un bon plat. Le patron ne parle pas anglais mais nous a tout de même très bien accueilli, nous avons pris les pâtes aux poissons, délicieux et une bonne portion.
La terrasse est très belle et l’intérieur également bien climatisé. Je recommande ce resto si avez besoin d’une pause sur la route.
We stopped on the road between Villa Romana and Agrigento after 2pm and had a nice meal. The boss does not speak English but still made us feel very welcome, we had the pasta with fish, delicious and a good portion.
The terrace is very beautiful and the interior is also well air conditioned. I recommend this restaurant if you need a break from the road.

From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are greeted and seated promptly with a welcoming typical Sicilian smile, the food from the pizza to the seafood and meat dishes are of great quality. The wine choice is limited but made of the best local produce.
Having come here for the last 30 years, The satisfaction has always been the common denominator. But what has always been surprisingly pleasant is the moment you get the bill: so cheap compared to the high quality ingredients they use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner couple are most friendly and resourceful. Our group of six speaks very little Italian combined and they speak almost no English. We managed to have a wonderful wine (Ribera), and shared deliciously prepared salad, seafood pasta, fried filet of pork and grilled sword fish. They did not mind us poking our heads into their kitchen and cheerfully explained their secret recipe which, of course, was just fascinating to watch but beyond our comprehension.
