★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ad Ascoli per il museo, i grifoni in particolare. Mi è stato consigliato questo locale da ascolani, perché la cucina è genuina ed i prezzi sono modici. Ed è proprio quello che ho trovato. Pasta fatta in casa, ortaggi e carne a kilometro zero, pane fatto da loro (ottimo), vino paesano..insomma per me -che sono della zona- la cucina non è stata una sorpresa, se invece fossi un turista mi piacerebbe veramente mangiarci.
Porzioni abbondanti, prezzo economico, consigliato.
 I went to Ascoli for the museum, the griffins in particular. I was recommended this place by Ascolani, because the cuisine is genuine and the prices are moderate. And that's exactly what I found. Homemade pasta, vegetables and meat at zero kilometer, bread made by them (excellent), country wine..in short for me -that I am from the area- the kitchen was not a surprise, if instead I was a tourist I would really like to eat there .
Large portions, cheap price, recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una interessantissima visita al museo dei 'grifoni' di Ascoli Satriano abbiamo goduto del buon cibo di questo ristorante. Molto apprezzato il ricco antipasto, il caciocavallo alla brace, i cavatelli di grano arso e il buon vino rosso. Un menù semplice e familiare per noi che siamo della zona ma sicuramente un'ottima materia prima. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
After a very interesting visit to the museum of the 'griffins' of Ascoli Satriano we enjoyed the good food of this restaurant. Much appreciated the rich appetizer, grilled caciocavallo, burnt wheat cavatelli and good red wine. A simple and familiar menu for us who are from the area but certainly an excellent raw material. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata con i miei amici e ho mangiato la pizza, davvero squisita, la pasta morbida e ben cotta, per il resto tutto buonissimo, sia le patatine fritte, molto crottanti e deliziose. C'è solo una pecca, il personale. Se non fosse è un pò faticoso arrivarci, lo consiglio vivamente! ?
I went with my friends and ate the pizza, really delicious, the dough soft and well cooked, otherwise all very good, both the fries, very crusty and delicious. There is only one flaw, the staff. If it wasn't, it's a bit tiring to get there, I highly recommend it! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel ristorante ad Ascoli Satriano. Il menù è ampio, sebbene mi sarebbe piaciuto vedere qualche cosa di meno "classico" nei secondi. Ci sono molte possibilità anche per i vegetariani. Lo zuccotto mi è piaciuto davvero tanto. A mio avviso vale la pena di provare i dolci fatti dalla casa. Sicuramente ci tornerò anche per provare la pizza, perché quelle che mi sono passate davanti sembravano davvero invitanti. Consigliato.
Nice restaurant in Ascoli Satriano. The menu is extensive, although I would have liked to have seen something less "classic" in the main courses. There are many possibilities for vegetarians too. I really liked the zuccotto. In my opinion, the homemade desserts are worth trying. I will definitely go back to try the pizza too, because the ones that passed me looked really inviting. Advised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here yesterday on our way back across form Naples to Foggia. We were a little later than expected so were not going to make it home for lunch. Pulled over, and a quick google search later we found ourselves here. What a great place. Six minutes off the autostrada so why settle for an Autogrill. Great food, friendly staff (our little dog was made very welcome) and an interesting and historic interior. The views from Ascoli S. itself are almost worth the trip on their own. We selected the caprese and mixed cheese and meats to start then the pasta of the day and a ravioli. Will stop by again
