Inoltre il gestore del ristorante si assicura che ogni comanda venga servita nei tempi giusti e verifica che ogni cliente sia soddisfatto. Se la posizione del locale fosse stata sul lungomare affollato sarebbe stato insuperabile.
 This place was a pleasant discovery: the cuisine is excellent and the table service is quick and courteous. In addition, the restaurant manager makes sure that each order is served at the right time and checks that each customer is satisfied. If the location of the venue had been on the busy waterfront it would have been unsurpassed.
