Ordinato un trancio di pesce spada ai ferri è arrivato una fetta di pesce lesso in una sorta di liquido/sugo. Ordinato zucchine grigliate è arrivato un piatto con 6 mezze fettine, praticamente con 1 zucchina hanno fatto 2 porzioni! Gamberetti al limone per antipasto serviti su un piatto piano dove il sughetto fuorusciva da tutte le parti, senza un piattino di accompagno per i gusci. Direi che ci sono diverse cose da rivedere dal servizio alla cucina. “Super fast” service, but so fast that it seems to have to vacate the table as soon as possible. Poor choice of courses. Ordered a steak of grilled swordfish came a slice of boiled fish in some sort of liquid / gravy. Ordered grilled courgettes came a dish with 6 half slices, practically with 1 courgette they made 2 portions! Shrimps with lemon for appetizer served on a flat plate where the sauce came out all over the place, without a saucer to accompany the shells. I would say that there are several things to review from service to cooking.

Da subito siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cortesia, i titolari ci hanno messo completamente a nostro agio, ambiente familiare abbinato con piatti a base di pesce (rigorosamente fresco) cucinati e impiattati con maestria, piatti delicati e gustosamente saporiti, anche il fritto non è per nulla pesante. Ci tornerò sicuramente, ne vale la pena. I had the honor of dining in this characteristic fish restaurant, a stone's throw from the sea and in the center of Agnone, with its characteristic alleys. Siamo stati accolti con cordialità, massima professionalità e tutto il calore del nostro sud. Prezzi giusti per un’esperienza culinaria d’eccellenza. Io e mia moglie siamo andati da Paisà per cena ed abbiamo mangiato i gamberetti al limone, le linguine con i totani ed un dolce locale (i sospiri). Tutti i piatti erano molto saporiti ed il conto non troppo salato. Il locale è molto molto carino ed è possibile mangiare sia all'esterno che all'interno. Unica pecca: il servizio è stato fin troppo rapido❗ Paisà: a great experience for the palate! My wife and I went to Paisà for dinner and ate shrimp with lemon, linguine with squid and a local dessert (sighs). All dishes were very tasty and the bill was not too salty. The restaurant is very very nice and it is possible to eat both outside and inside. The only flaw: the service was too fast❗
